They make everything right

They are very slow to respond to inquires. They do not use paintable calk, my tub originally leaked. The bath tub spout leaks and the installer installed the safety bar without asking where we wanted it.

This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for future projects. If you are considering upgrading your bathroom and looking for a reputable company that does amazing work I recommend contacting EasyBath and talking with Mike. You will avoid needless sales presentations, save money and love the results!

Easy bath was easy to work with and were upfront about the cost. They did not charge for additional difficulties that were encountered on the site and were on time and very flexible with scheduling. Our installer Tim was great to work with and took time to make sure everything was installed properly. I would use Easy bath again in a heartbeat to install a shower.

The company did great work. Would or rated them 5 stars, but the project carried 2 days past the date they said (into Sunday). Some of this was out of their control, but still created issues for us. Value for the money is amazing. Wonderful quality of work.

EasyBath delivered exactly as promised. They said it would be done in two days and usable on the third and it was. My shower is of fantastic quality now and the company overall was great to work with. Once I decided to move forward with the project they scheduled with me quickly and the project is done and I'm super content. :-)

They did what they said they would do. Tim had to come back and redo some of caulking and buff some scratches that were on tub.

These are very shady people! They promise the world and it will be a two day process. In and out!! Well, they showed up on Day One 90 minutes late. Had my old shower out and left. Called off Day Two for “truck broke down” reason. Day 3, they sent a text at the time they were supposed to be here saying they were delayed. Absolutely took no responsibility for my inconvenience. Long story short, we still don’t have a shower and we’ve hired another contractor to get it done. I don't recommend this company at all!

Easy-Bath delivers everything they sell. I'm not easy to please when it comes to home remodeling, but Easy-Bath met all my expectations. Mike, the owner, is honest, trustworthy, and reliable and his crew, especially Jeff, do excellent work. You absolutely cannot go wrong doing business with these people.
