Amazing company! Mike and Michael are awesome! No pressure sales and so friendly and provided many options to choose from at the house. No hassle or worries you just felt they had your back. Quick to set a replacement date too. Mel, Tim and Mike were the installers. You couldn't have a more knowledgeable crew. Extremely friendly and respectful and always cleaning the dirt like it was their own home. Nothing was an issue...just willing to make you happy in your decisions. (like where to place bars etc) Easy bath from start to end EXCEEDED my expectations. Definitely would highly recommend their services. Thanks for the amazing new shower.

The whole experience was awesome! I have absolutely no complaints. The initial estimate was a breeze. The installation was everything they said it would be. I love my new bath. I have had over 10 different companies/contractors in my home for repairs/renovations, and I must say Easy bath was by far the best EVER! They stood by their every word and did a AMAZING job. Jeff, Mike, and Michael are truly AMAZING! I am smiling ear to ear!

Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. were awesome. I had several contactors come and look at the bathroom remodel. Due to the odd shape of the tub/shower area, nobody could offer a suggestion on how to make a curtain rod work (previously enclosed). I received responses like, "I will have to get back to you" or, "I have to do some research" Mike Jr. came out, looked at it and immediately came up with a solution. Tim the installer was awesome as well, took the time to go over the installation process as well as answer all my questions. I would highly recommend EasyBath Inc. The finished project is fantastic!

From our first meeting until the installer finished, we experienced nothing but professional but personal care. Michael never tried to oversell the project and Tim made sure every detail first met our expectations before installing grab bars, shower head and slide bar. The project required more effort to move water lines than we expected yet the installer never was upset or frustrated. He took care of the surprises as they arose and finished the product beautifully.

Very poor communication. What was promised to be a 2-3 day job took 3 weeks. Worker would only stay 1-2 hours at a time.

Superior quality in product and workmanship. Quote of time and money was precise. Installer was skilled, meticulous and considerate. I had no cleanup, he took all debris. It was EASY!

The contractors were on time and conscientious about the impact on a persons life their work could have

3 estimates: 1st company - $8,708, 2nd company - $7,140 and EasyBath - $4,850. So, what do you get/not get by using EasyBath. The perceived negatives are, EasyBath does not have a showroom, sample choices are limited and glass doors are 1/8 inch not 1/4 inc. However, if the choices they have work for you, you get to save $2,000 - $4,000. Because the construction is so solid, you will not need 1/4 inch glass doors. For my tub/shower, I chose silver and white walls; I highly recommend the use of light grey caulk throughout, much better than white which can yellow. From beginning to end (2 1/2 days) the construction was neat, orderly and professional. After the job was completed, I waited a short period of time to try out the new tub/shower and make sure everything worked properly. I determined eventually that there were some minor things that needed to be corrected. Mike was always a phone call away and Mike and his team were very receptive to issues that I raised. All of these issues were corrected in a timely manner. In the end I could not be happier with EasyBath, the quality construction and the large amount of money I saved. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
