Ultimately the new tub and shower are beautiful and much less expensive than the other estimates we got. Professionalism left something to be desired as we experienced delays because of wrong materials, workers that were habitually late, and there was some misunderstanding as to the types of hardware that was being used. However, I would recommend them just for the value. Just be sure to understand exactly what you are getting.

I compared prices and this was the best value for my money. They did a very good job and also quality material. They were running about an hour. behind but they stayed until they finished.

Very nice and respectful workers, did their job very well. They replaced an outdated 1978 bathroom with a new modern one that was exactly what I asked for. They kept me informed every step of the way on what was being done.

Took longer than told, but they had to redo some plumbing. House built in 1959 It had no improvements plumbing wise. The extra time wasn't their fault. Would recommend them..

Job completed on day it was scheduled, however called 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time to say he was going to be two hours late. Once they arrived work was done quickly and professionally.

Took a little bit longer than expected (two days instead of one) but the quality of the work is good and the price is reasonable

They are messy

They replaced and installed a new bathtub for us. They kept us updated to when and time they would be their and notified us immediately that they were running behind time and the new time they would be their. Their personnel were clean and curtious, very knowledgeable and professional. They constantly cleaned upas they worked as to not work in a durity area and track it thru the house as they worked. The bath was installed in one day and at the time they said they would be done. It is beautifull and I would recomend to any one and very highly. Later I want to replace our shower and they WILL be the first and only one I'll contact.

Excellent workmanship, quick turnaround and priced right. We had a leaky tub/shower that was in need of repair. One call to EasyBath solved our problem. In one weeks time, they stopped by for a consult, we scheduled the replacement and a new tub was installed. The entire experience was a pleasure. Everyone at EasyBath was very pleasant and professional. The best part was that our old tub was removed, the plumbing was replaced and the new tub/shower was installed in one day! We highly recommend EasyBath for your bathroom needs.

Very knowledgeable about his product. Estimate goes to the VA for approval. Mike has had experience working with the VA. Knows how the system works.

Everything that Mike said and explained to me was 100% true and even the time and date the job was to be completed was done on time.. Updated 7 years later: They don't live up to their lifetime warranty that they made. The glass shower door came off the railings and I contacted the company back and after trying to schedule a convenient time twice in a months time frame, no luck. The last appointment that was set they never showed up to and I waited for 4 hours after the scheduled time and there was no call, no nothing. Now they won't answer their phone calls.

The work was worth waiting on to get completed. They estimated a day and a half but got it done in about a day.We never had to worry about any water because they redid the lines first and made our bathroom usable from the start.I will recommend this company of proffesionals to my freinds and neighbors.

The men came in, were very courteous, tidy & professional. They were respectful and made sure they were accomodating. My kids bathtub and surround is beautiful! They did an awesome job, and were finished the same day! We are very pleased and will recommend EasyBath to anyone needing a new bathtub. We can't thank you enough!

Mike came out and gave us the details of installing a new whirlpool tub/shower. We were impressed with him, his product and the cost/value of the product. The unit was installed about 10 days later in ONE day. The crew who installed it was EXCELLENT. They were careful, efficient and cleaned up everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I would reccommend this company and the installers to anyone. After I had decided to go with this company instead of Bath Fitters. The sales person from Bath Fitters started arguing and lecturing me telling me how they are the best etc. and that I am wrong for going with Easy Bath. I must say this place was at least 1/2 of what I would of paid with them and I was able to totally remodel my bathroom for $2000 less then I would of paid for just going with bath fitters.

Mike was a very friendly and knowledgeale person to work with and very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond to help us get our bathroom the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend EasyBath to everyone that I talk to.
