Easybath did an incredible job on our bathroom. We had the existing tub and surround removed and a mobility-enhanced shower installed. The price was great, the customer service was awesome, and everyone involved was a complete professional. Mike was straightforward in everything - how much it would cost, what we would get, what they would do, and how long it would take. Jeff, the installer that arrived, was amazing. Worked quickly, neatly, and quietly. Cleaned up after himself, and communicated everything that he was planning on doing. We are really happy with our new shower! I'm already telling people about Easybath and how affordable they are. I would want others to know that, if they are in the market for a new bathroom, or a remodel, then Easybath is the place to call for high quality work that won't break your budget.

They were very personable. Once the job was scheduled we were given the technicians name and time of arrival. They also worked closely with us to find just the right shower head. Overall we are very happy with the job they did of us.

Mike is great to work with --- very accommodating, professional and interested in providing supreme customer service. His pricing is phenomenal compared to what the Cleveland companies are charging - and the product is identical. Jeff was our contractor - he was very meticulous, a perfectionist, and I had no problem leaving him alone at our house. I would highly recommend Easy Bath and would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike and Jeff were top notch professionals. Arrived on time, were tidy in their work and provided and outstanding product at an extremely reasonable price. You can't go wrong with Easy Bath!

After a year I'm thinking of replacing what they did, shelf came loose from wall. Caulking in corners needs redone, it shrank and you can see marker lines where they marked the panels to cut. I called 4 months ago to have shelf fixed, they said sure no problem. No one ever came. I called again about crack in caulking along bottom of back wall, that has to be leaking water in behind panel. Was told someone was in my neighborhood and he'd call me this weekend. No one called. There were scuffs on main panel of back wall when it was installed, was told the manufacturer makes a polishing compound that I can get to buff it out. $3400 and I have to buff out scuffs the installer made. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

This was potentially a stressful situation for me, as I found a crack in the floor of my 20 year old tub that was leaking water onto the drywall ceiling one floor below. I needed this fixed rather quickly and was concerned about unseen water damage under the tub. Mike from EasyBath, and his team, turned this into a GREAT experience! First, they were able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone on my first contact with them. Others I called were not even willing to give a ballpark estimate on the phone. Next Mike came out and showed many different samples of the color & style choices. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He told us it would take two weeks to get the materials delivered, then he set an install date right then for two weeks later. 12 days later Mike called to confirm the installation appointment and 2 days after that our installation started as planned. Jeff, the installer, was also very clean, courteous, professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained what he would be doing over the next day and a half, and he got to work. One 9 hour day got the old tub and surround removed, new drywall, new plumbing and new tub installed. The next day, over about 6 hours, Jeff installed the new surround walls, new fixtures and applied the caulking and quarter round to give the whole job a very clean, neat, professional finish. I could not be happier! I will for sure call them again when I want / need to replace the shower stall in the master bedroom. Thanks Mike & Jeff !!!!!!!! ( I don't usually make such liberal use of exclamation points, but they deserve it ).

My entire experience with EasyBath from start to finish was definitely pleasant. I would definitely utilize them again, and refer to family and friends as well. The did a real good job on my bathroom

The service was excellent, as was the installation and the product. I cannot be more pleased. If anyone is looking to have their bathroom worked on, this is the company to go with.

Very Courteous

We were very pleased with EasyBath. Jeff did an excellent job. I have an old house with plaster walls and the previous install was poorly done. Not only did he have to install walls, he had to reconstruct the slope of the ceiling after removal of the old tub. The job took two days and Jeff picked everything up and cleaned up when he left at the end of the first day as well as when he was finished. He was very courteous and did not mind that we kept popping in to see what was going on. The price was great, the job was done when promised and in the time frame that we were quoted. We love our new tub! I would recommend them to anyone.

We had to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in shower due to physical difficulties. The same difficulties that prevented me for doing the work myself. In spite of using HomeAdvisor and the BBB, I was still apprehensive about letting someone else work on my home at two other contractor hired projects failed epically. I contacted EASYBATH because of HomeAdvisor's recommendation and was not disappointed . Mike came to our home with samples and pictures. He fully explained the procedure and answered all questions. He explained that all of the installers are directly employed by EASYBATH and are not subs. On the appointed day, two guys in a van showed up and started the job. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They never seemed "put out" with my endless questions nor check-ups. They gained my trust through their attitude and craftsmanship. The job was completed in one day and looks really good despite a couple of issues that they corrected to get the job done right. They did an outstanding job and I have no problem recommending them to anyone else needing a new bath or shower. It needs to be mentioned that this review was written a couple of days after completion of the job and does not reflect any long term comments of satisfaction. Only time will tell. At this moment, we are VERY happy with EASYBATH's work.

We shopped, getting several prices, and evaluating different companies. Easy Bath was on top in every category -- best price and no pressure. We liked that we spoke directly to the company's owner, as opposed to a sales rep. Even better when the work was done. The technician was a wonderful guy and an absolute perfectionist, meticulously working to get every aspect of the job exactly right. We now have a beautiful new shower, and are extremely happy with Easy Bath's service and products. We will definitely call them again for future projects.
