They did a very good job love my walk in tub

I am madly in love with my new bathroom. I've only had it for less than a week. But it's awesome.

Mike was easy to work with. Price was good. choices of acrylic wall panel designs were fairly standard...would like to have seen more choices, but it was fine. workers were good. cleanup was good, with exception of some "glue marks" on floor, which came up fairly easily. work was done in one day. Replace shower (tore out old, put new wood underneath, repaired other damage.) very pleased overall, just 5 days out from install at time of this writing.

Mike was easy to work with. Nick and Joe did a great job, arrived on time and finished the job as promised.

The installers were gentlemen. The bathroom looks great now they did an excellent job! They cleaned up after themselves well. I didn't have to do a thing.

Great experience from the easy estimate over the phone to the finished product. Our only issue was with some sloppy installation (uneven caulking, cracked drywall), but nothing major and they were quick to come back out and make it right. We'll see how it holds up long term, but right now it looks great and is a wonderful additon to our home.

Mike called me and gave me a quote over the phone. YES!!!! Finally a company that can give you some kind of estimate to work with. Most companies want to come out and give you the whole marketing/selling presentation first (which I hate). Mike was pleasant and had such a engaging personality. I felt like I knew him my whole life. Very nice guy and he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The installers were kind, helpful and very courteous. I have never been so impressed with a company than I am with EASYBATH. I told everyone at work my wonderful experience and I LOVE MY SHOWER install!!!! Great job!!!!

Excellent service, conscientious work team, professional and friendly. We had a minor problem with the finished work and Easy Bath quickly took care of the problem. I would hire them again if we redo our other bathroom.

Mike visited with us to explain the process for the new shower install and the price quoted was half the cost of two other estimates we had received. The quality was the same if not better than the others. Very professional installer. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. Will definitely use for any future projects as well as recommend to family and friends.

I am writing this letter to let you know that from the moment I met Mike Grafton at the Columbus Dispatch Home & Garden Show on Feb. 20, 2016 I was impressed. Mike Grafton is a wonderful person to talk to and he explains how the process goes and asked to make an appointment at my home to discuss his company more and to show me pictures of past projects. He assisted in my request to remove my existing bathtub and replace the surround. He brought beautiful samples to review as I made my decision. After choosing the date of March 29th to start my bathroom, I was asked for no money up front. I was told that he would only ask for payment when the job was completed and I was happy. Well, believe me, that alone made me HAPPY! He then told me that the bathroom would be completed and could be used again after two days!! My smile grew even bigger :) I have 5 people in my house and only one full bathroom, so being able to complete this quickly was very much appreciated. The crew that arrived was a trustworthy, courteous and such a hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than what I was hoping for. And the BEST part is that it actually WAS completed in 2 days-a feat to behold! Amazing attention was given to every detail and this company is incredibly responsive. very fast two day install. Our installer (Jeff) was very friendly and professional. Mike (the owner of the company) called after the Job was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. The new Shower is AWESOME! Much cheaper than Bathfitters and quality is top notch. Look here first if you live in Ohio near the Columbus area.

Project was everything that was promised. Good selection of materials. Started and completed on time. Best of all the savings were substantial over similiar companies. Local owner and crew, don't have to deal with big companies. I like to give my business to 'good people'

No hard sell. Consultant listened and made helpful suggestions. Crew was polite, careful, and cleaned up well afterward. I appreciated the crew checking with me about where to install grab bars, shelves, etc. I appreciated the financing options that made this feasible for me. I love the new shower conversion.

this company and Mike were absolutely outstanding in their professionalism, personality, and helpfulness throughout the process. From the very first phone call to the final cleanup after completion there was no feeling of apprehension or concern. The mechanic was outstanding and did a remarkable job in the time estimated with no surprises at all. Highly Recommend! The owner, Mike, was so personable and upfront with the product and its cost. They were very personable and professional. Mike did a great job introducing us to the product, he explained all the steps for the install of the shower. The technician was very nice, on time and never made a mess and his work was excellent!! I will be calling them again in the future.

Mike was the best and I really liked how he showed what it was made out of. I loved his honesty that you don't pay till after the job is completed till after the job is done . The guys who did this were nice and did a great job installing my new tub and wall. I wish I was given a Easy Bath sign for my yard to let my neighbors know they did an excellent job for me. If you need a new tub and wall they are the Best and cheaper than other companies I called. I am very happy with Easy Batn and really happy that I chose them!

Our bathroom looks absolutely wonderful and we are so happy with how it looks. The only reason that I did not give Easy Bath 5 stars is because I was told that they would work a full day on Friday and half day Sat. I took a day off work on Friday and the worker was 2 hours late (did call to let me know) and then only worked for 2 hours (took the day off work for nothing). They worked the next day all day and did a great job. Another issue- I was told that our water would only be turned off for 5-10 mins. It was off for HOURS and we could not fix a meal that we had planned. The workers were very friendly and courteous of not making messes in the house. The prices were reasonable with no surprises tacked on at the end. We ended up having a problem with our new fixtures (high pitched whining noise when showering.) It took many phone calls with the person in charge (and a no show appointment) to finally get someone out to fix the problem. It still whines sometimes but does not seem the trouble of calling them out again. Overall we are pleased with our bathroom and would recommend Easy Bath.
