Description of Work: The tech arrived on time and gave me an assesment of my garage door condition which was good. He said I didn't need new rollers but since it was part of the deal he left the new rollers with me and told me how to do the job myself. He also inspected, lubed, and tightened up everything and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. All in all an excellent experience.

Description of Work: As advertised, they replaced the rollers on the garage door. I also expressed concern that two panels in the door did not close tightly - light can be seen through the opening (the fact that the sections do not meet can be seen from the street). To "resolve" this, Duck Tape was placed along the upper edge of a section. Light continues to shine through the opening which also tells me that air comes in the opening. The Duck Tape did not resolve this concern.

Description of Work: Door Depot was great. I would use them again. I left a message for them through Angie's list and they responded back the same day. Came out looked at my garage door and gave a quote on replacing it. They even went out of their way to match the paint from my old door. Excellent.

Description of Work: I bought a new garage door thru Angie's List special deals. Scott came and inspected the old door and provided us with variety of doors colors and designs that covered the deal we bought. |He had to special ordered due to the color we wanted, scheduled the day and time, he was very flexible, his crew showed up and installed the new door within 3 hrs. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality they provided.
