Description of Work: Replaced garage door. They did the work for a fair price and did a great job. The only rub was that the work took longer than expected due to the need to send out an additional panel due to one that had hidden damage in the shipping box. The tech was polite, professional, and sincerely apologetic for the additional time on the install. The only other issue was that we ended up one strut short (we were reinforcing for wind), but we left the bottom panel without reinforcement since the weight of the door protects it. All in all, I would absolutely work with them again.

Description of Work: A drive belt had broken on our garage door opener. I left a message in the evening and received a call first thing the next morning. Be early afternoon, he had come by to diagnose the problem, gone to get a new belt and installed it. The combination of excellent service and fair price is unbeatable, and I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for a new garage door, which was definitely a steal. What they put in is a pretty plain and straightforward white windowless door, but it's just what I needed--something to replace the original thin wood door which had to be more than 60 years old, ugly as sin and dicey about locking properly. It's reasonably thick and heavy like someone wont simply be able to punch a hole it like my old one. Most doors available at big box stores for this price range seemed to made of a single sheet of metal. I have a detached garage in the city with the door facing an alley, so something cheap and flimsy wasn't going to make me feel better about leaving my yard equipment out there. I feel a lot better having this project out of the way. | |They were able to make it happen even though I wasn't home. I left a key and they took care of it with no problems.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for garage door tuneup that included rollers or keyless entry. I told them I had trouble with the door only partially opening or closing. Since I already had a keyless entry system and the service men said I didn't need rollers, they replaced 2 hinges and oiled the door. After they left, the opening and closing issue became much worse. I called the company and they offered another service call at $55. Because they promote a different opener, I passed on that offer.
