Second garage door opener replaced; full charge, but accepted a $10 off coupon; advantage was no charge to fix wires on main garage door. Work done professionally, in a timely manner. However, the tech stapled the wires he replaced, and unknowingly stapled through the wire, causing a short. I did not recognize this, and had to call him back the next day. He repaired it, but told me I could have repaired it myself. That is the only reason I gave a "B" instead of an "A". I didn't cause the problem, why should I have to fix it?

Great door. Told me what needed and cost

It couldn't have gone any better. I knew what model of opener I wanted and called them first thing in the morning as they were having a special on this model. They came around 2 hours later on the same day! The installation was quick and professionally done. He answered all my questions, set up the internet connection and helped me install the iPhone app. I would highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time. Everything was replaced, rails, springs with items of a better quality. We received a good quality insulated door and new opener.

Very responsive. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The company representative met me at the appointment time. He brought samples and worked with me to select the type and style of door. He explained the different options available as far as materials, construction and options like windows. The price was very reasonable. There was no pressure to buy anything. They completed the work on the appointment date. The installation was very well done. Installed door looks very good. A pleasure to do business with a professional.

Great job! Were great at communicating and got the job done quickly. The installer was very quick and professional, cleaned up when he was done, and made sure I knew how to use the new opener before he left.

They came and looked at our old garage door and quoted the cost to replace and showed us different styles to pick from. We ended up with a white paneled door with small rectangular windows across the top. They installed the door and track in one day as well as took down the old one and disposed of it. It was nice that they told us to keep our existing motor to save money. They new door was so much lighter and better balanced so it operates s lot quieter now!

I had called another company, one I'd used before when my door got off track, but they didn't follow up on my call. So, a few weeks later I called Door Depot. 1. My call was answered by a real person,. 2. He gave me advice over the phone as to what he thought the problem was. 3. He was right, I fixed it myself. If I EVER need help with my garage door again I will absolutely call Door Depot!!

They did a good job, and they did it quickly.

Mike, the repairman, was awesome. He was friendly, competent, and quickly took care of the problem. I also appreciated the phone help prior to deciding to send a repairman out. The guy really knew his stuff and worked hard to problem solve the issue. Months ago he had also problem solved another issue saving me a house call. Love these guys!

They were very attentive. They followed up with me later on in the day yesterday to make sure I still needed the service and to confirm the appointment. They arrived right on time and took care of everything and left in a timely manner. It was great.

The service provided was great, very courteous provider along with being punctual and helped me understand what was being done and how to use the system for the future.

Tune-up resulted in a total replacement of the motor. The tune-up I bought online was $50 and the new motor plus two remotes came to $325. The garage door goes up and down nicely. Only downside is that the remote signal only works when I am right in front of the garage door where before the remote signal started opening my door 1/2 block away.

Very well, I am very satisfied. The technician provided the services requested and explained why my door was closing slower in very cold temperatures. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in him and this company. I will definitely hire them again for my garage door needs.

Everything went well. I called in the AM and the tech arrived early afternoon right on time. He replaced both torsion springs. New springs were made from steel. Old springs were galvanized. New springs are longer and should last for more operations vs the shorter older springs. The technician lubricated the door parts and tested everything before he left. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in the future. They were great.

Came on time for the initial appointment. Showed me the available options. Scheduled the installation. Work was completed is just a few hours. Gave me instructions, left all paperwork, and cleaned up all debris.

The technician came and looked at the joints and angles etc. The door was okay as there were no problem. I just needed him to tune it up. He dusted the screws and put some liquid spray on th joints to reduce the noice.

The service provider arrived ahead of schedule, was able to determine the problem quickly and gave me the option to repair or replace our existing opener. We chose to replace it since the unit was so old and he had the equipment with him to do the replacement on the spot. It took him very little time and he honored the deal we'd already bought even thought we ended up doing something a little different.
