My renters hired Dennis to renovate the bathroom in my rental. It’s been almost two years and after handfuls of attempts to get him to finish the work, he has refused. The shower head and light above the shower is not secured, the drain was half taken out and not finished, there is a hole with a towel stuffed into it for the tub faucet area where bugs come out of, trim is missing, trim installed was not nailed or secured, tile is not complete as well around the shower window. Before all of this, he offered side work, which was helpful with becoming a new single parent. He seemed helpful and honest. So I started to work with him doing side jobs to earn extra money. Then we discussed creating a painting business together because of my painting background. I designed the entire website, designed the logo, the business cards, thank you cards, created the business name, purchased the domain etc. Spent over 100 hours working on business projects. We joined IMS and he told me I was an account holder with our business. Which ended up being a lie of many I later found out about. I worked on handfuls of jobs with the new painting business venture together. As well as paying for his clients supplies through this handyman business, and working on several projects for him. He has chosen to not pay me for any work I have done for his handyman business, the client supplies and took all my IMS trade I have earned which equates to $1,000’s of dollars in loss for me. Not only does he not complete his work or care about his quality of work, his integrity as a person and as a business owner are not important to him. He doesn’t pay people that work for him and uses them for their skill so he can book more jobs for himself. I have attempted to reach out to him many times and he has no response. Also things in my bathroom that he installed are falling apart as well, the faucet handles are coming loose in my bathroom, this occurred just 6 months after it was installed. I could write 20 more paragraphs about other things he did but this should give you a good enough idea about booking with this person. I plan to post pictures of my bathroom.

He is hard to get but worth waiting. He is very hardworking and creative. He does great tile work. He can do just about anything. The price is always the best.
