They did great! They came right out and fixed the problem quickly. They were really nice, and were done in like a half-hour.

I actually misunderstood their ad, but I had the coupon, and he gave me credit for it anyhow. They were out within a day and showed up when they said they would. Their price was very competitive. The opener itself wasn't much more expensive than ones we could've purchased ourselves, so we basically just paid for labor. There was a problem with some of the wiring on the switch, so I called them and they were out the next day to fix it.

They showed up in a timely manner and were very efficient with their time and that included the salesman who showed and sold me the door to begin with.

Great. He was on time, cost was as expected, gave ideas on how to avoid needing service again and helped with another garage door and didn't charge me.

Rep came out to see the garage door I was thinking of replacing and gave me some information. I did some research about garage doors on my own, so I had a lot of questions. He answered most of them. Quite a bit of time went by and I called back again - hard to reach rep cause he was never there. When I left messages, not all were returned. He finally wanted me to come there to decided on a door, instead of coming to me. There was no follow through after that on his part, or the company would have had a sale (their products are good). The customer service and follow up are as important to me as a good product at a fair price.

The garage door opener would not work and when the technician came he noticed that one of the two garage door springs was broken. Since the springs were almost twenty years old he recommended replacing both the broken spring and the other spring. The cost of the project was twice what we expected but that was because he replaced two instead of one spring.

Garage door opener had not been properly installed by a different company. Serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Great. The technician first looked at the door and indicated that the spring was broken in addition to the being bent from the storm winds. He indicated that a replacement would likely only cost a few more dollars that a repair. Sales person looked at the door and made cost-effective recommendations for a replacement. Provided a written estimate by email, much appreciated. Thanks and Great Job!!!!

They did a great job for me. He did a great job on the screen. His prices were fair and he took everything away that he was supposed to. He was very nice and professional and I was pleased with the work.

We called several companies because we needed the car out of the garage and this company was the only company that would come the same day. The guy was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave us a discount because we were members of Angie's List.

There were numerous delays, unreturned phone calls and a general lack of communication from the sales person we were working with. Graf did not coordinate well with the renovation company doing the framing of the garage door recommended by the Graf sales person thus delaying the installation by many weeks. Graf failed to bring the necessary parts to complete the door installation causing us to go overnight without a garage door as the previous garage door had already been removed. Upon the initial installation, the garage door did not operate correctly. It closed sporadically and only after multiple attempts and the chain occasionally comes out of the track. After several unreturned phone calls, we finally reached the sales person to resolve the issue. While the garage door now seems to close more consistently, the chain still pops out of the track and over time may cause further issues. The sales person did not do an effective job of reviewing options with us such as a keypad or keyed release system on our purchase. We had to specifically request them after the garage was installed when we noticed the items had not been included. While this is nothing more than a poor sales job, it was just another point of frustration. Finally, we had requested some decorative hardware (straps and garage door handles) when we first purchased the door. For some reason, the hardware order was not placed when the door was ordered when we indicated what we wanted it based on the brochure given to us. When Graf finally obtained the hardware, the sales person indicated that he did not have the necessary screws to install them. I would assume that they would have the necessary screws to attach hardware that they clearly advertise in the brochure. The sales person asked if I, the customer who is not in the garage door business, knew where to obtain screws to install the hardware. After another delay of over a month and three or more un-returned phone calls, the screws were located after asking to speak to the owner of the company. The excuse from the sales person was that he thought I was looking to track down the necessary screws to install the hardware. When the hardware was finally installed, we discovered that they only had ordered the straps and not the handles. Over 5 months after starting the process, we logged a report with the better business bureau and were quickly able to get the missing hardware and correct the chain issue. Everything is working properly now and the door looks great. I believe that the issues were caused by an incompetent sales person and a more complex than usual installation process as Graf has had good reviews from other Angie's List users.

They came and gave me an estimate. When I called them back to tell them "yes, it was OK to go ahead and order", they called me a week ahead of the time I had wanted it scheduled. When they did show up, he was very professional and got the old door removed and the new one installed in about 4 hours. Would recommend them to anyone looking for this service!

Excellent job. Did not arrive when first stated, the company called to say it would be a little later. There was a problem with the office to service person communication and I did have to place another call to be sure they were still coming as they were getting close to missing the 2nd arrival time. Did a super job with repairing the problem and also repairing the job that the a handyman did when installing the garage door opener in the beginning. would highly recommend this company. Very professional and affordable!!!

They did an excellent job. There was a problem with the paint (just a little problem). Instead of fixing it, they went ahead and ordered a whole new door! You can't ask for more than that. I would use them again for more work in the future.

They were very, very efficient. When I called, the woman on the phone was very knowledgeable. I told her my concerns of having to have a whole new garage door put in. She told me that it just needed the electrical components worked on. I really appreciated their quick service. I would use them again.

I was extremely pleased with their services. They came out and did the work the very same day which I called them. They had originally installed the garage door for me when it was new, so I have used their services previously. I even was able to use a coupon for $20 off the price which I found on-line. I would recommend their services and will use them again if I need them.

We called on Friday, close to closing time, and someone was out to fix the door Monday--even earlier than expected. In the meantime, over the phone on Friday, they could help us diagnose exactly what was keeping the door from opening and then give us an accurate estimate on the repair; we also got good advice from them about how to handle the door so as not to damage the gears in the opener, and about a coupon in the phone book that saved us an extra $5 over the Angie's List coupon. The door now works fine.

He showed great expertise (22 years of experience with Graf & Sons), he explained what he was doing and why. This was a very good experience and our garage door works perfectly now.

They responded right away. They came first thing Monday morning. They were very courteous. They were very informational about maintenance of the garage door.

They were very responsive and punctual about coming out to do the repairs. They knew what needed replaced and how to do it quickly without any problems.

The man came out and installed the new system within in hour. They did what they said they were going to do. He did a marvelous job. We would use them again for work in the future if needed.
