I had a drain from my gutter downspout stopped up which was causing water to backup into my sunroom. They came quickly and told me what they would do which was to cleanout all the drain from the gutters of which I had five. I had already discontected two downspouts at my sunroom to expose the opening from the drain. They hooked up their pressure hose to the first drain and that cured my problem. They were here and gone in 20 minutes. They collected payment of $400. When I asked why it was so high they said they charge and flat rate for jobs however I thought that would be for all five downspouts. They emailed me the bill and on that were some items that I had done myself such a disconnecting and reconnecting the downspouts. They were there quick and did a good job but anyone using them should get a proposal saying exactly what they are charging for and make sure they do everything on that proposal.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and took care of my problem quickly.

Had gas leake/ Columbia gas turned the gas off so Apex did the check on gas lines

They checked all the gas lines in the house and made the necessary repairs. Get knowledgeable associate was sent.

For timely repair when selling house

It didn't go. They were the second highest quote I received. 2 companies beet their price by $5,000.

I had previously used Apex to fix a leak around my garbage disposal. They were quick to respond, had it fixed within an hour and I felt the cost was reasonable. I called them again, b/c my water heater started to back draft. When I called I told their scheduler that the water heater was back drafting and wasn't sure who I should call. She sent out one of their plumbers and the only thing he did was hold a lighter next to the exhaust pipe and said yep, it's back drafting, you need to call an HVAC contractor. Then he charged me $100 and left, which left me feeling ripped off and not surprisingly the next time I needed a plumber I called someone else.

Crazy expensive. $500 to fix a toilet that continues to run. I wish I would of read more reviews before I reached out to them. 90 day warranty. I do not recommend them.

Had to snake out over 35 feet of pipe that has 90 degree and 45 degree bends. Took a while but Holden was persistent and did not give up. Very impressive. We just had chemical treatment of the same problem in October and it was blocked up again. Very happy they were able to send someone the same day. Price was hard to take but I believe was worth it. Thanks guys !!

I thought I only had a clogged sink ( lesson learned: never put put sauerkraut in a garbage disposal.) The plumber Holden cleaned it, but there was another clog still. Holden detected there was a issue behind the wall. He requested another plumber with more years on the job (Chase) to confirm before I ran into expenses. Chase came out did a thorough review, then walked me through what he thought was going on - that there was decay and likely heavy rusting behind the wall. These pictures show you some of what he ended up finding. Long story short the pipes behind the wall were in bad shape. Thank God for their help otherwise this would have created even bigger problems when they started to leak. Honestly I didn't want /expect to spend money in December on plumbing (no offense to Apex), but major flooding would have cost so much more in the end. I highly recommend them.

I bought a new toilet from Lowes and had them install it. Big mistake. The installers didn't know what they were doing (admitted they installed it wrong) and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Super Dave and Mike figured out the issue almost immediately and corrected it! Will be coming back to them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

We had two water heaters replaced with a single tankless water heater. Lance from Apex came in and gave us a straightforward quote. Lance and David explained the value and features we would see with our new tankless system. They clearly explained everything that was going to need to be done and did a great job all the way through completing our project. The work is clean and well executed. I will call Apex going forward for any of my plumbing needs. Great company.

Water was running into the house, so this had to be done quickly. When I called a technician came out within a couple of hours. He explained exactly what had to be done and why. An estimate was written. The work was done is less than 48 hours. I would recommend this company.
