Description of Work: I recently adopted a cat and wanted to get an initial exam for her and course of care because she's over 10 years old. Although I had owned cats before (I had began with them as kittens), this was the 1st time I had adopted an older cat. I had used West Park Animal Hospital for my other cats. Dr. Rebecca answered all of my many questions to help me ensure my new cat gets adjusted to her new home.

Description of Work: The vet did not rush me. Gave me options and explained everything, she was very nice, kind to my cat. I've gone to Westpark Animal Hospital a couple of times. Always easy to get an appointment. Never a wrong diagnosis, I could pay less somewhere else but I'd rather pay for a good evaluation, good service and have peace of mind.

Description of Work: My granddaughter had just moved from Kansas to this area and required two big dogs to get phusicals and immuniation updates to prepare them for boarding. They were very accomendating and helpful.I have used West Park for 11 years for my small terrier and each visit is around $200-250, depending on what services are required. I get heartworm tx x 1 yr which is aroung $50 per dog so that increases my bill. I find these charges reasonable. They will also clip nails etc if requested.If you want the best for your pet I would reccomend them. They are a state of the art facility with laser surgery, pain control etc. They now offer after hours emergency care which I like as they know my pet, and I have confidence with them.

 + 0 moreWe are very pleased with the service we have received. All the vets and staff are friendly and show an interest in our dogs. We see Dr. Megan Culler the most, and she is very caring and takes the time we need to answer all our questions. The boarding also is very reasonably priced and the dogs are well taken care of when we are gone. We drive from Westlake because we like them so much.
Description of Work: Two puppies - regular check ups, vaccinations, and other medical needs. We've also used them for boarding.

 + -1 moreThe staff did not offer a tour of the facilities; they were disinterested in our dog in our presence. The staff never discussed our animal's stay with them. They failed to return all his items. The place looked clean, but the hours were difficult.
