From start to finish service was outstanding. Based on my initial call they came out early enough in the day to give me a solid estimate and, if I chose, to go ahead with the work. They got everything done in one day including work such as the PRV and expansion tank that had not been planned but was clearly needed. They identified some leaks and problems I had not noticed and fixed several at no additional charge. The plumbers were totally professional and personable, as were the people I talked to on the phone, including the one who called me afterwards to make sure everything had been done well.

I was able to get service the same day. They were very professional and it didn't take them very long to do the replacement. We have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a clogged sink drain and was unsuccessful in trying to plunge it or use baking soda/vinegar to clear it. Jeff came out and was very friendly and professional. He wore shoe protectors in the house and covered the carpet from my entryway all the way to the kitchen. Mission accomplished! My drain is clear and he replaced my plastic pipes under the sink with shiny new metal ones.

The price quote they gave me was a lot less than a competitor's. The day that it happened their answering service was out of service so I could not get through to them. They admitted later they had a problem with their answering service. It was just going to busy whenever people tried to call it. So they were slow in getting back to me. That was the reason for it.

It went pretty good. The guy who came out was very polite. He told me exactly what he had to do. He went down to the basement to make sure the pipes were okay. He gave me an estimate on the repairs. He was very good. I would give them an A-

The service was good. They were prompt and the Plumber explained what he found and what he was going to do before the work was done. They did a good job and we appreciated it.

my toilet was running and would not shut off so I called The Plumbing Source . I used the Plumbing Source on multiple occasions and found them to be professional and easy to work with.

Plumber quickly determined cause and found replacement part after conducting an extensive search. Part was hard to find. People at the company are friendly and willing to help.

The responded quickly did the installation rapidly and cleaned up afterwards.

Had Drew and Mike show up on time and ready for work. The guys were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and took the time to help me trouble shoot my issues with the bathroom drain. They used a camera and found 2 rootballs and then snaked them clean. They also used a camera on my back downspout as an extra precaution. I have to say that these guys took their time, they were friendly and respectful of my home. I called their boss the moment they fixed my problem bc I wanted him to know how good these guys are. I will use this company in the future. They didn't try to sell me useless work. Finally a great company I can rely on.

Brian and Eric arrived promptly and were very professional. They went through my list of concerns and started to check each bathroom to determine if there were issues as well as determining the cause of the ceiling leak in my laundry room. Appears that the leak was caused by a shower that was loose and a faucet that needed sealed. That was handled as well as the toilet tightened. They then went to the first floor bathroom to discover that the seal for the toilet needed replaced, the fixture was loose as well as the emergency shutoff was the original with the house and was replaced. I also had a previous issue in the kitchen with a leak in the ceiling...after a thorough review, they both agreed that the problem could be with a roof vent in which I have a roofer scheduled to check next week. The kitchen faucet was installed and Brian ensured there were no leaks before they left. All of this in just a bit over 2 hours. Very courteous and took time to explain what they were looking for and what they found. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

In the end everything was fixed for a reasonable price but in an inordinate amount of time. My first appointment with them was Sept 25th, I called them a couple weeks before that. Part of the problem is my toilet is in a very small bathroom, I asked to get a smaller toilet installed to free up some space. He said we just have a standard toilet on the truck, said he would do some research and talk with his supervisor concerning it. On Sept 26th I called in and told them that due to my toilet not leaking anymore, to put this on hold. It started leaking again so I called back on the 27th to let them know I actually needed the repairs. They told me they would get me a quote, so I waited and waited, called back in and told them I needed the quote. They told me they already gave me one and it was in my e-mail which they figured out later they never sent. Finally I got the quote on October 19th which is about a month from when they arrived at my house. The quote didn't address the small toilet and my kitchen faucet needing a goose neck replacement. When I asked about it they told me to get an appointment with a separate warehouse. I went there and picked out my parts on October 23rd where they said they would fax the order to The Plumbing Source immediately, but The Plumbing Source didn't get around to ordering it until 27th. The order took two weeks to arrive from when it was ordered and there was also a two day delay for unpacking and scheduling. The day to schedule the actual installation finally took place on November the 12th. All the while my toilet and kitchen faucet were leaking. I would recommend checking everything before they leave but everything did turn out fine, the process just took way too long. When they arrived they worked through most of the day to get the job done.

I had a slow leak in a pipe in my master bath. After they came out and fixed the leak I asked them to give me a quote on replacing the shower, fixtures, toilet and floor. They were out the next day to look at the job and give me a quote. They had time in their schedule to start immediately and finished the job on time at a reasonable price. They painted the walls and ceiling and even installed the shower doors as an add-on at a very reasonable price. The new bathroom looks great! Danny did an awesome job and was friendly and accommodating. I had talked to a number of contractors who didn't want to touch this job because it was small. Not the Plumbing Source! I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I did not hire the provider. I called about a week ago and was told that they could install a water softener in my area. Now when I called they gave me a story that they are not licensed in my township. Well there is no township license. They misrepresented themselves the first time I talked to them and they lied the 2nd time. This is not the kind of company anyone should want to do business with.

They called ahead of the scheduled time saying they could be there earlier if that was OK. Mario arrived within 30 minutes of the call. He checked the situation and gave several different options and what the cost would be for each. He was very professional and courteous. Left the premise as clean as when he arrived.

I have a very minor leak around the base of a toilet that was installed 18 months ago. Also, a handle on another toilet is broken and the third item is a very tiny leak around the faucet of a laundry sink. 2 men from The Plumbing Source arrived at 9 am. They took a leisurely walk around the house and discussed my issues, even though they noted from the beginning that I was wearing work clothes, asked me and I said I'm waiting for you to finish so I can go to work. It took about 30 minutes for them to assess the small issues I showed them, and come back in with an estimate. Mario wanted $251 to pull my toilet, then a possible additional $0 to $254 for a flange. I told him from the beginning it probably needed a wax seal. For the toilet needing a new handle, they wanted $51. For the laundry sink which has the cheapest set of faucets you can buy, they wanted $261 for a new faucet assembly. In all, they were looking for up to $817 to fix a leaking toilet, a handle and a little leak by a faucet. we could buy an entire new toilet and have it installed for what they wanted. I'd say that's pretty agregious and needs to be noted in the records. So all you women and homeowners out there - beware these creeps trying to rip you off.

The service performed went very well. The Plumbing Source came out the same day I called. The plumber and his apprentice were professional and took the time to listen to my issue. Since this was not the first time this particular drain line has clogged, the plumber suggested to install a clean out. I thought it was a great idea. This may save me some money in the future, so I can snake the drain myself. I was very happy with the service.

The pressure tank to my well broke on a Sunday evening just as I was leaving the house for a holiday dinner. After several panicked minutes with water constantly being pumped into my basement, I figured out which switch to turn off to stop the well pump. I called several companies with no one being able to come out that evening and no guaranties from any company to get me on the schedule for Monday. It was a Jewish holiday and I was having a house full of people on Monday afternoon for lunch. Initially the Plumbing Source also said they couldn't get to me on Sunday evening and no guaranties for Monday either. Then they called me back, said they could get someone out in about an hour. I knew they were a reputable company, although expensive , and I left my house unlocked for them to come in while I went to the holiday dinner. After the serviceman evaluated the situation, he called me, told me I needed a new pressure tank and told me the cost would be $1194 with a $60 discount for Angie's list member, coming to $1134. I was shocked. I knew the Sunday evening service call was $225 so I asked how much the tank cost. I was told $900! On Angie's list, the price of a 35 gallon pressure tank (which I have) is $200 TO $250. With a house full of people coming and having to have water, I told him to go ahead and do it. I really feel that the price of the tank was grossly overpriced. I understand the higher charge for an off hours service call but I do not think the tank price should be marked up so highly. I really appreciated them being able to get to me in such a timely manner. Everyone I talked with was professional. The initial contact person was really a help, calling me back a few times trying to find me a serviceman. However, I feel that I was really taken advantage of since I was in such a bind.

They are a really good company to deal with. I recommend them to my family members.
