Description of Work: changed rollers to nylon and lubed the door, spring and opener to make it more quiet. They did what was agreed upon but would not do other requests like adjust springs-but this was not in the original contract so not a dealbreaker. Probably over-priced for amount of work done.

Description of Work: left it up to me by e-mail to contact them, this after I was requested to put in dates that they could reach me by phone to set up schedule date. I really do not like nor do lots of computer work and almost missed the e-mail and then had a hard time finding out who I needed to call to get the work done. This would be my only complaint.
