Description of Work: The Sears serviceman was very nice, honest and knowledgeable. He said the service I purchased would not fix the problem I am having with my garage door and that it was the computer board that was shot. Angie's rep was wonderful in initiating this refund. Thank you!

Description of Work: installer never called before he arrived. Some confusion on the type of springs I had on my garage door compared to what I had purchased when the installer arrived. Rollers were not included with the torsion springs. Homlike quoted me a price $40.00 dollars cheaper.

Description of Work: My main purpose for the service purchase is to install a Keyless Entry Pad for my garage door. Due to the old door opener, the service provider was not able to do so. They agreed to cancel the order or service which results in no charge on my side. Please refund the full amount as such. Thanks a lot.
