Came out and fixed the issue in record time. Would def use again, tho I hope I won't need to.

Received same day service and technician, Greg was able to get there prior to his scheduled time and diagnosed and replaced our faulty opener. I didn’t have a sense of costs going in and it seemed higher than I expected but was done very quickly, professionally and was very helpful with any questions and follow up with connections to the new unit. Very impressed with their service.

I have worked with Precision before and they continue to provide excellent service. They set up a same day appointment and John was her right on time. He determined that there was a bad circuit board in my 25 year old Craftsman opener. So he offered to install new opener, which he completed in about 2 hours. He also noticed the the springs need adjustment and the cables were frayed. Since Precision had originally put these in that work was under Warrenty which he also completed. The new opener is belt driven and so quiet. very pleased with John and Precision. Highly recommend.

I thought the cost was outrageous it was at least $200 over whar I thought it would be-thou they quoted me the price before doing the job so I am not saying they were dishonest.

I am blown away by the incredible service we received from Paul with Precision Door. Within 30 minutes of reporting problems with our garage door, Paul arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, came equipped with the replacement parts, and completed the work within an hour, On top of all that, Paul is professional, personable, and a generally nice guy. Precision has a customer for as long as I have a garage. Well done!
