Description of Work: They were 600.00 higher than their nearest competitor. Too big of a price difference for me. The competitor they were 600.00 higher than is also a garage door company, not a big box store.

I told them I would call back after I checked with my husband on the price and a date for install. I called that same day and was told that there was no way I was given that price for a battery back up garage door opener. They quoted me a new price that was $90.00 higher. | |Needless to say I called another company and got the price I wanted and the service I expected.

Description of Work: The tune-up turned into a full-blown restoration project, I knew there were issues with the door, just didn't know how bad (dangerous even). "Z" was professional, pleasant and thorough. They applied the tune-up money to the full restoration, so it was well spent.

Description of Work: They attempted to hard sell a garage door package for $800 when all I needed was two springs replaced. The springs alone were around $375, which is about $100 too much. They also charge you $65 just to come out and tell you that your garage door is broken. This company is out to rip people off. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use them.
