Everything went smoothly.
Description of Work: We had them come for the $89 garage door tune up. However upon inspection they found that our door was in serious need of replacement. The tune up cost was applied towards the garage door and they also applied a further discount on top of that.

Description of Work: I originally purchased this deal in 2011, I never used it and upon speaking with someone at Angie's List today, was told that even though it is expired, I should still have a credit for the amount I did pay at the company. When I contacted the company I was told that they would not honor the $99 for the new service that I was needing.

Description of Work: They installed a garage opener. It did not work with all our vehicles. They were unable to program my son's Ford. Looked on internet and found that the Liftmaster brand of garage opener installed does not work for all vehicles. I would not have had this installed. They did install a repeater unit. Still unable to program a Ford to this. Not happy.

Description of Work: Purchased a promotion to change rollers on door. |Confirmed first they did work on 60 year old garage doors |When they got here it turned out the garage door rollers were part of the hinges so they could not work on the door. |I received a refund. They offered to give me an estimate on a new garage door with no pressure to purchase. |When I am ready to replace the door I will definitely call them |
