Precision Overhead Garage Door

They came to fix my garage doors. They ended up replacing the garage doors. They were very good. They were on time and did the work they were supposed to do. They addressed my questions as needed and they cleaned up after the job was done.

Went well, I would re-use them. Make sure you leave all your "clickers" here so they can coordinate - they didn't tell me to do that, now I have a misfit.

It was very good. The technician was very professional, they fixed problem. Very prompt, did a great job.This was a Big Deal-The Service Provider did exactly what they said they would do.

The old garage door was removed and all debris cleaned-up and hauled away. The first door was not the exact design I had ordered, but was corrected without issue and I now have the door I wanted. The door itself is beautiful, quiet and so much lighter than the door replaced. Precision, and in particular, Brad, were professional and very nice to work with. The price for all was just under $1900. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend Precision.

Purchased the coupon in October, 2012 and almost forgot to use it since we were waiting for warmer weather which didn't happen until Spring 2013. When we called to use the coupon we got a same day appointment and were able to be home when the technician came (on time) The work was completed in less than an hour and he was very thorough.

It went well. Matt was very friendly and professional. I have been having trouble with the garage door for years. He explained that my opener kept breaking because the screws/springs in the door were low quality and so the door made the opener work harder. I was leary to spend all that money to rebuilt the door but they had a good reputation fom Angies list. Plus that opener was nickle and diming me every year. I am glad I spent the money. The opener works perfectly and the door is so quiet I cannot believe it. It sounds great. Matt was very honest too. His mis-added when he quoted me. I should have paid $100 more. But he insisted on taking money only for the price he quoited.

The guy was perfectly pleasant and on time.

He showed up on time and changed out the rollers as expected. I had mentioned my concern about the bottom bracket being rusty so he gave me a price to replace it, which I agreed to. Work was done promptly and the door works great.

The service person was named Ryan. He was great. I asked a lot of questions and he answered each one making sure he explained everything I needed to know. Not only did he know his job inside and out, but he also had a great personality. It was a great experience. It's nice to meet a professional that's easy to talk to and easy to ask questions. In the future, I will ask ONLY for Ryan to do any garage door work for me. This man has a great future in any career he chooses.

Very informative and complete meeting to discuss options and estimates. Reviewed multiple suppliers, went with reasonable cost doors and opener. Installation took an entire 10 hour day, and was extremely complex (take out existing garage door tracks and frames, measure, design angles and clearances, re-wire electric components (keypads internal and external, openers, lights), install new track and frame, build door, install windows, adjust to multi-level opening, external and internal codes and safety devices were installed. This is a huge project. Left everything neat as could be, with full instructions and openers for us. Doors have worked faultlessly. DO NOT TRY THIS YOURSELF.

Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and how things worked. He was on time and had the job done before we knew it. He did a good job and we are enjoying a well working system.

Ryan was punctual, polite, professional, and very efficient. He explained in clear terms what was wrong and what needed to be done. He suggested more extensive repairs, but did not apply pressure to do more than was necessary. I am not sure how the price compares to other companies, as I didn't get any other estimates, but it was about what I expected, and I was able to use two coupons I found on their website. All in all a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire them again.

Called on a Monday, the technician came out on Tuesday. Very prompt, curtious and professional. We just purchased this home and the garage doors were giving us a little trouble, but we were not in a position to replace them. He went over the options and performed a tune up service...they're working great now!

They were timely, replaced the roller barrings, and fixed my key pad, I will use him again in the future.

I will not revierw again, do not have time for all of this, you want too much.

Precision did stellar work. I called on a Sunday and they showed up as promised the following morning. The workers were polite and professional and performed with integrity. When I decide to purchase a new garage door, I will not hesitate to call Precision.

They did excellent work for me. They were so good that I had them do two garage doors on my son’s house as well.

They ended up replacing all the hardware on the door - not just the spring. Cost was $700. I expect that was WAY high. But my door works now and sounds less noisy.

Within minutes of talking to the Dispatcher, I received a call from Bill, and he said he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes, and he was able to diagnose my problem. He talked me through my different rapair options, and was knowledgeable about each, without being "pushy" or salesman-like. He and his assistant, Jeff, were able to complete all of the repairs that same day, and even took the time to install brackets on the safety sensors that I had just mounted onto the wood, at no charge to me. They cleaned up after themselves, and actually left the garage a little cleaner than they had found it. Both of my doors work great now!

The service man was on time, did the work in about an hour and my garage door operation was much smoother than before. As my garage door is very old, I would not hesitate to use this company to install a new door when the time comes.

Did exactly what they said. No problems at all - did a great job. It's amazing how much quieter my door is now.

Jan 16 I called Precision Door and spoke to Al Fleming. That afternoon Al came out and said he had a 16' door that would not fit anothe r location and would give it with 10% discount. It was brand new. My original door and opener were installed in 1988 and garage door was rotting and opener finally quit working. Anthony came out on Friday Jan 18th and removed old door and opener, Al came and hauled it away, and Anthony installed everything in about 6 hours. Anthony showed me how everything worked then left. Later my wife came home and noticed what looked like the door panel was "pinched" where they came together. It looked like they may have been banded too tight causing the pinch. I called Precision back the same day and the next day they came out and looked at it. I told them that it was not a big deal and I could touch it up with the special paint they gave me but Brad would not hear of it. Later in the week he called and said the Owner wanted to install a brand new panel that would require the door to be taken apart and reinstalled but they would handle. I was very surprised as the Manufacturer would not cover it so it was at Precision's expense. This is why this Company is rated so high. They are professional, provide quality product and service at a fair price, very efficient, and stand behind what they sell and Service. I would recommend them to anyone as they are an OUTSTANDING Company and I am very, very satisfied.

They arrived promptly within in about two hours. They fixed the door and provided me with a life time warranty that protects any parts of the garage door.

Came home on a friday evening from work to find that my garage door wouldn't work. The chain wouldn't catch on the door regardless of the position of the release lever. Since it was Friday evening, most repair places were already closed, however Precision was still open, so I called them due to their ratings on Angies List. They were able to make a Sunday morning apointment to have someone service my garage door. Sunday morning, their tech called me to tell me he was right around the corner at another job and would be over in just a few minutes. When he arrived, he disabled the manual release latch on the garage door and wouldn't you know it...the door worked fine. So he didn't do anything different than what I had done upon discovering the non-functioning garage door. However, he was very nice about and didn't charge me for the service call! He also gave me some suggestions for replacing my garage door opener in the future if it were to stop working again.
