Description of Work: Honest, fair, very affordable, and the work and materials were very high quality. They have been around for a long time for a reason. They even pointed out a worn part that they found during a routine inspection. They don't service that particular area, so they weren't looking to jack up the bill, they were just being nice. Could not ask for a better experience.

Description of Work: They repaired the converter last year. Dealer said to check it so they did a very thorough job. Dave E over there knows everything you want to know about converters. Frank was great in the shop too. Took alot of time to explain to me.

 + -1 moreI have been here multiple times. This is my third car I have taken here. Each time the same results. They either quickly replace the muffler and tailpipe or they repair a loose bracket and charge $20 to $40 for the fix.
Description of Work: I had a rattling muffler on my Honda Civic. The muffler and tailpipe were replaced.

 + -1 moreThey were very polite, and their prices are very reasonable. Before doing any work they escorted me to my car to show me the extent of the work I would need. They actually told me I didn't need a new tailpipe at the time, but I asked them to replace it anyway. They also told me I might want to get a computer diagnosis because the car sputtered a little and getting a new muffler would not help that situation.
Description of Work: He replaced the muffler and tailpipe, as well as a hanger for the tailpipe on our 1990 Jeep Wrangler.

 + -1 moreHAD THEM CHANGE THE OIL AS WELL. COMPANY HAD POINTED OUT THAT PREVIOUS OIL CHANGE PLACE DIDNT PUT THE OIL BACK IN! THEY DID JUST REFER TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY FOR OTHER ENGINE REPAIRS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WILL USE AGAIN!

MEMBER WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER EXPERIENCE THERE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GET THE FEELING THAT SHE WAS BEING SNOOKERED IN ANY WAY - THEY EVEN TOOK HER AND SHOWED HER EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD DONE. SHE KNEW THAT SHE NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE DONE AND WHEN SHE ASKED ABOUT IT SHE WAS TOLD A TIME FRAME OF WHEN NEEDED TO GET IT DONE RATHER THAN TRYING TO PRESSURE HER INTO THINKING THAT SHE HAD TO GET IT DONE RIGHT NOW BY THEM. MEMBER APPRECIATED THAT A LOT.
