We needed to change the locks on our house. Joe was wonderful and even helped to realign the locks on several doors that didn't work quite right. Would definitely use again if I need the services of a locksmith.

Wow - what service! I am a new homeowner, and wanted the locks on the 3 outside doors rekeyed. I called Joe after signing up for Angie's list and seeing his positive reviews, Joe gave me a next day appointment (on a Saturday), showed up on time (during a snow storm), and spent about 1.5 hrs on the job because my locks were not standard. He even fixed a few other things on my doors at no charge, and gave me 5 copies of each key at no extra charge! Joe was extremenly professional, explained everything to me, and gave me an Angie's List discount on what was already a very very reasonable charge. The nicest locksmith you'd ever want to meet! I highly recommend him - I already referred a work colleague to him. Thanks Joe!

I called Joe based on all the very positive reviews and set up an appointment. Joe arrived on time and did what was need- no unnecessary add-ons or work- did not try to gouge me. He was very courtesous, professional, and friendly. Good guy. If I need work done again will definitely use him.

Saw the great reviews on Angie's List and called Joe on a Thursday morning about a front door lock and knob that was constantly sticking. He was able to come out on Saturday and did an excellent job. It was a relatively simple repair, but Joe took the time to make sure I understood how to work the lock properly and gave some tips on fixing the same problem myself if it came up again. In 7 1/2 years in Cleveland, this was the first time we'd needed a locksmith, but now I know who I'll call again.

I called Joe on a Saturday when a break-in left the security door and wood entrance door to my house in severely damaged condition. He came out very promptly and inspected the damage. He was able to free the security door lock which was jammed open. Joe explained my options in a frank and honest way. The security door lock was too expensive to replace so he installed a padlock, which works well as a temporary fix. He was able to straighten the deadbolt on the wood entrance door and effect repairs sufficient that the door could close and be reasonably secure. He offered advice on replacement doors. I was happy with his work and relieved to be able to leave the house in a secure condition.

I called to arrange to have the locks changed and he came out the same day. He was friendly, his work was quick and very professional. He made sure that all of the locks worked properly, even deepening the deadbolt hole in one of the door jams. I asked for 4 keys but he ended up giving me six because two of the new locks came with identical keys. He had me lock and unlock each lock with the new keys and verify that the old key no longer worked. I am very happy with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends that need a locksmith.

Called me back promptly and arrived when promised. Rekeyed locks, installed deadbolt and even had a matching deadbolt for fromt door to original lockset. Very nice, professional and did great work. Communicated very well also. Would recommend and use again.

I give him a A+. My house key was stolen and I needed to have the locks changed ASAP. I called mid morning and he was here mid afternoon. The locks were done quickly. I highly recommend his service.

Joe was super flexible on meeting time and actually easily rescheduled hassle free because my schedule had changed. He has absolutely everything he needs with him, so he never has to leave in the middle of a job. Joe responded to my request politely and promptly. He was able to come out the following day to repair my lock. Once he got here, though, he realized that my door had to be rehung before the lock could be repaired/installed. So, he gave me recommendations for places to purchase locks. I then made an online visit to Angie's List to search for a contractor. I was very pleased with the customer service from this company and would recommend Joe to anyone needing a locksmith.

Joe worked fast, obviously knew what he was doing, and was both cordial and business-like. He could have insisted that additional, expensive work was needed, but he didn't. He provided did the work that was needed, nothing more or less.

It went great! I called Joe needing specific deadbolts and he advised me it would be to my advantage to purchase them at a "big box" store as it would be a little cheaper. I did just that and called Joe back and he came the next day and installed in less than an hour. Joe is very pleasant and knows what he is doing and helped me save some cash. In this day and age it is seldom you find someone helping you save some money.

We called Joe on a Saturday morning after locking ourselves out of our house. We left a message for him and he called back right away. I was afraid it would be really expensive so was delighted to hear that the call-out fee was only $60. Our lock was old and defective and though he tried for some time he was unable to pick it. He talked about our options and when we learned that it would be only $65 to replace the lock (which we planned to do soon anyway) we decided to do that. He was very professional, did great work, and said that our back door lock was in good shape, no need to replace, so he rekeyed it to match the new front lock. All in all, this urgent Saturday morning call was only $135 with the Angie's list discount and we were absolutely thrilled. We will absolutely call him if we need any additional work and will recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Joe answered the phone right away, accommodated me to fit into my schedule, called to reconfirm and did a great job. He was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. He completed the work in less than a half hour. He even tolerated my dog who was supervising Joe's work!

Throughout the process, Joe was very nice and professional, gave us a lot of information over the phone, was very punctual and responsive. So far we are pretty happy with his work. Would definitely use his services again and would recommend to others. Also, we called another locksmith from Angies List before we called Joe (this locksmith was located much closer to us, in the same city). The locksmith was highly rated. However, the owner did not appear to be insterested in getting our business; he called us after the time of the appointment to say that he is unable to make it that day (we understand that things do come up, but this pretty much wasted the whole day that we put aside for this appointment) and said that, if we want quicker service, we need to find someone else. So we did. We are very happy we called Joe. Even though the other locksmith was rated just as high, his responsiveness and professionalism were not nearly as good.

They came out the next day after I contacted them. Joe came out himself and took the lock apart and lubricated it. He gave us a 90 day guarantee and told us he would cover the service call if the had to come out and replace the lock. He also tightened a lock on the front door that he noticed was lose at no additional cost. He also gave us a $5 discount for being an Angie's List member. His service was very good and I would use him again.

When making the appointment Joe recommended the brand of door knobs/deadbolts from home depot. He arrived on time and installed 3 exterior door locks and a locking handle to an interior door and re-keyed them. He also re-keyed a storm door to which we did not have a key. He also made several key copies for me. He was friendly and professional and I would use him again.

Joe was very responsive over the phone, he even called when he thought he might be late (which he wasn't)! Joe could not have been more professional. He fixed the old lock quickly. We live in an old apartment with a prior break-in and therefore had some damage to the frame that had been "quick fixed". He found the best place to install the new deadbolt and was quick to get it in place. He even used special security screws and mountings to give added security (rather than just going with the stuff that came in the box). He was quick, friendly and even cleaned up after leaving it looking better than when he had arrived. He could have cut some corners but took the time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would call him again and strongly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Joe did work at two locations, the rental I just moved from (replacing a mailbox key I'd lost) and the home I just bought (re-keying the exterior locks and resolving an issue with a malfunctioning balcony door lock). He was right on time both in calling to confirm our appointment right when he said he would and in arriving at the first location, did a great job on everything and was even great with my dog. I'd highly recommend him.
