Joe called prior to the appointment time to confirm his arrival. Installation and clean-up were completed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Joe again.

The service Joe provided was highly professional & his honesty was appreciated. He only replaced the necessary part instead of the entire lock. His charges were very reasonable

Wonderful experience, changed both deadbolt locks, made extra keys for, went above and beyond fixed a door that the lock was upside down. He didn't charge me for fixing that door. Was very professional and very pleased with his service. Will use again.

I made an appointment with Joe on Friday. . We agreed upon a time, he called right before he came to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the agreed upon time frame. He is professional in appearance , friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend him !

It went perfect. He was done in less than an hour, cleaned up and was on his way. He did a really nice job and the price was right.

They did a great job. We had a purse stolen with house keys and ID inside; next day service, rekeyed our entire house which inlcuded several older locks which were hard to work with - but they successfully did.

I love Angie's List. Been a member seemingly forever and have found so many excellent businesses, and today was no exception. Found myself in need of a locksmith, and the sooner the better. Called last night and Joe picked up, which I really appreciated. He gave an ETA for today and hit it pretty much on the nose, maybe a couple of minutes early. Joe handled the problem quickly and professionally, and before you know it all was right with the world--or at least my broken lock. A sample of one doesn't necessarily mean that much, BUT, when you add my voice to all those who have previously praised this business, it totally makes sense to call Joe when you need the services he so professionally provides. While I hopeto have no need for his skills anytime soon, if (and when) I do, I will not hesitate to call him again.

Joe is punctual. He arrived ten minutes before our scheduled appointment time, which I appreciated. We reviewed the job, which we had discussed on the phone days before the appointment. He then proceeded to work on rekeying the locks. Joe made several copies of the new keys. He completed the job in 1 and 1/2 hours. Joe was professional in manner and courteous. Great. Joe changed out the keyed deadbolt to regular. He is the one to call when it comes to a locksmith as he is always prompt, fast, professional and reasonable.

I have used Joe once before so I called him again to replace an old lock on an original wood door which is mostly glass in a house built in 1922. This was no easy task and took a couple of hours but Joe did an excellent job. The door and lock look historically correct. Another job well done!

We had a problem with the dead bolt on our patio doors - wasn't working so the door would not lock. Called Joe asked if he could stop by and take a look in a day or so. That evening he called me back and we scheduled the appointment for this afternoon. He arrived on time and took maybe two minutes to identify the problem. He had the dead bolt fixed quickly and was on his way. It is so refreshing to find someone who does what they say they'll do - quickly and at a great price. I called Joe on short notice on a Saturday morning to re-key 4 locks on a rental unit. I didn't expect to receive same day service, but in less than 90 minutes from my initial phone call, the job was done.

I found Joe on Angie's List and I contacted Joe for help with getting into my car and repairing the locks on my car. The battery had died so I could not use my remote to open the doors, and the key would not turn in the lock due to years of non-use of the key slot. Joe called back shortly after I had left him vmail and he said that he could help me. However, he was en route to the hospital due to a family emergency so he gave me a colleague's name and number. I told Joe that I was fine with waiting another day to work with him and he called me twice with updates on his ability to come out, which he did the following afternoon.Joe quickly got me into my car, got the door locks functioning again and cut me a master key - on the spot - all within 30 minutes. He made sure to ask if I was satisfied with the work, which I was.

During a recent windstorm, I was awakened early in the morning, after having retired for the night, by a cold temperature in the house only to find the two front doors were wide open. I managed to close the doors for the night strtategically placing a closed ironing board between the door and a wall opposite to keep the doors closed until I could do something more after sunrise. I called Joe's Lock & Key and explained what happened and he came out, looked the situation over and immediately knew what to do. There were two slide dead bolts on one of the doors. One of the dead bolts was supposed to slide into a hole on top of the doorway frame and another dead bolt was supposed to slide into a hole on the bottom of the doorway frame. The top one was not aligned correctly and so that bolt never connected to keep the door stable. Joe adjusted the door so that the deadbolt slid all the way into position. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me some hints. He did some minor adjustments to the door itself as well. I want to add my Wow! to the service he provides. He is top notch and I found out that "they do make 'em as good or better than they used to". I recommended him highly. He's exactly the kind of service person you want and would expect to find on Angie's List. I feel fotrunate to have met the best locksmith in this neck of the woods.

I recently damaged the door knob on my main access door at home. I contacted Joe Fradette to do the repairs. He did an exceptional job on the repairs and charged a reasonable fee for service. He was on time and had an excellent demeanor. While he was repairing my door, my elderly neighbor called me. She had two doors that needed the automatic door closers screwed back in and asked if he would come down and help her. I mentioned this to Mr. Fradette and he immediately agreed to go take a look which he did. As I was getting in my car to return to work my elderly neighbor called to thank me and said that Mr. Fradette had not only fixed her doors but had refused payment. Anyone that needs a locksmith cannot go wrong by giving Mr. Fradette a call.

We had an emergency on a Sunday evening. The deadbolt on our door was not working properly. We needed a lock on the door that night as there was no other lock on the door. We got Joe's number off of Angie's List and called him. He arrived within the hour and did an excellent job. We defininetly would recommend his services.

Joe came out within 36 hours of my call (and this was NOT a rush job) and took care of everything. Perfect!
