Joe was very polite and professional. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. Very friendly and personable. I would used him again and referred him to friends and family. I really appreciated all his help.

A+++. I called Joe on Saturday and scheduled for service on the following Monday between 12 and 1:00. He said he would call around 11:00 on Monday to confirm his arrival time. On Monday, he called around 11 and said he would arrive at 12:30. He did! Very pleasant and professional. He immediately went to work fixing the lock/handle problem on my storm door. He had to drill new holes that are covered by the lock plate. Joe adjusted the strike plate, also. On a wild hunch, I asked if he fixed garage door opener/remotes. He very willingly looked into this problem, too. AND...he fixed another nagging problem I had where my remote would open the garage door, but it would not close the garage door. He discovered it was the GE HELICAL 13w light bulb that was causing the problem. He replaced the bulb with one I had and he solved this second problem. Remembered Angie's discount from our original phone conversation. Joe is really on top of his business. I would recommend his busines to everyone! Cost $100.00. A+++++

Great service. Joe was responsive, fast, punctual, professional, and saved us a decent amount of money by replacing a part instead of the entire lock. We were very pleased and will definitely use his services again.

Joe did a great job. He was very friendly, fast, and professional. I had called him at 9am on a Saturday, he returned my call in an hour and went out of his way to make time to come that day. He re-keyed my garage door and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend him and would call him again.

I called in the morning, and Joe was there a few hours later. He serviced two dead bolt locks that were catching and misaligned. He aligned the locks and used WD-40 on the bolt. He was very professional and reasonably priced.

Joe was super in his technical skill and customer service. He arrived quickly and as promised with an after hours call. He did the work efficiently and explained it as he went along. Not only did we have some lock work done but we had a new deadbolt installed as well. He also did cleanup as he concluded the job. We would recommend him and without reservation. When I called to set up the appointment, Joe answered the phone himself and was very agreeable about scheduling a convenient appointment. He showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. He explained what needed to be done to change the lock and completed the job to our satisfaction. He provided us with an Angie's List discount.

We have used his services many times and always call Mr. Fradette for our locksmithing needs at our rental properties as well as our residence. He answers calls promptly, does what he says he'll do, shows up on time (always calling ahead), explains the work and specifically outlines each cost. He provides a discount for Angie's List members and repeat customers and is a very pleasant and congenial person. His craftsmanship is solid and he works fast! Don't call anyone else, he's the best!

Joe was great. He re-keyed two locks on one door for me. He was prompt and upfront with what it would cost. He even showed me what he was doing while he changed the locks.

We called him a few days ago and he said he'd be out here between 1 and 3. At 12:50 he called to tell us he'd be here in ten minutes, and he was. He looked at the door, explained the problem, fixed it and prescribed a dry spray lubricant to use if the door sticks in the future. It was a very pleasant experience, and best of all, our lock is fixed.

Joe was very responsive and able to service our locks within a couple of hours of my call. He was outstanding! Very courteous and completed the work within little time. In addition, he noticed that one of our doors was difficult to close and realigned the striker plate such that it closed much easier. We will continue to utilize Joe's service for all future needs!

I used him recently and I was satisfied with his service. Maybe it was about 6 weeks ago. It was nominal service, probably about 65 bucks, or something like that. He had to draw out a lock on a basement or lock by accident. He showed up on a Saturday when I really did not expect to be all to get anybody. He was very efficient, just showed up when he said he was going to, did the job, showed order, so, he was really just seem very satisfying experience. So, anyway, he is a nice guy. He was good. It was not complicated. There really was not anything in a way of a quote, he just came in, I showed him the door that was locked, and sent you out to fill it up. It is all just readable. That was good.

He fixed the front door lock, then had to leave to drive to Berea to pick up a door lock the for patio door. He was back in less than 30 minutes, AND did not charge extra. Very professional, courteous, honest and fair. He even played with my dog for a few minutes. Would highly recommend.

Joe quickly returned my mom's call and scheduled service for later that same day. He called back to ask if he could come a little earlier as his schedule had shifted. Scheduling was very easy. He called to confirm on the day of the appointment, showed up on time, and got right to work after I showed him what I needed. There were some complications as I did not have keys for many of the locks, and one of the locks wasn't resetting properly. Despite the extra work due to these complications, he got the job done and honored his quoted price. I was impressed with his service and would recommend him to anyone in need of a good locksmith.
