Great company, came out fast. Joe was very professional and did a wonderful job installing a deadbolt, even cleaned everything up. Very reasonable.

Joe found some challenging locks in the first house and actually used some parts that he had in his truck to fix those. He gave me a break as opposed to what most would do, which would be to tell me I needed new locks and of course charge for them. Joe does not do that. Joe spend an inordinate amount of time making sure all was as it should be and charged a very fair price. He was punctual, kept communication open and provided very fine service and products.

Our main lock on the front door wouldn't open because the handle on the outside wouldn't push down. We needed a new lock. When Joe looked at the lock, he said that he could replace it, however, the company that made the lock would replace it for free. He suggested we call the lock company. Acutally, Joe said that he would call and he did call - right from our home. The lock company said they would send out a brand new lock. When we received the new lock, we called Joe and he replaced it for a minimum charge. He fixed some of our other deadbolts that didn't fit the door jam right. He keyed a new lock on the back door to match our other locks. He was prompt, courteous, and the price was VERY reasonable.

This gentleman arrived quickly, and tried cheaper methods. He was able to get in quickly and professionally. The cost was much less than I thought. Joe is just a awesome locksmith

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Joe and I'm so glad I did. He was able to fit me in the same day and showed up on time as promised. He replaced and even repaired a lock at no charge. He honored the Angie's list coupon with no questions asked on top of what I He was very professional and courteous and will recommend Joe to every time.

We were not sure if it could be fixed. I had actually sent him some pictures so he could kind of look at things so we can talk some more because we were not quite in a position to replace the lock as it would involve replacing the whole door also. It is thirty-years old. He was able to fix the lock. It was like a door handle, but he honestly could not guarantee it because of the age of the door or lock. We were fine with that because it is not a door that we use frequently. We were like okay with that until we decide where we want to go next. We had a certain time frame like within an hour. I told him that it was fine because I was not going to be here, but my husband was here. So, I am assuming he was here on time within his hour time. I was really happy that he fixed the thing and saved me eight-hundred bucks. So far, the lock works.

We just closed on a rental house. We picked Joe's Lock and Key based on his many outstanding reviews on Angie's list and there was a 5% Angie's List discount. We met Joe at the house right after closing. He was able to fit us in his schedule by moving work around - that was really appreciated. He evaluated our door/lock situation and made recommendation. We went ahead with his plan and he proceeded to change out all the necessary locks. He was efficient and professional. A pleasure to work with; gave us an itemized bill at the end with the 5% Angie's discount. I will use him any time I have a lock or key issue.

Joe made the appointment for the day after I called. He arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional, and he did an excellent job.

Joe came to my house to replace locks. He was available to discuss my needs via phone prior to coming to my house. He gave accurate pricing details on the phone when I initially discussed the services with him. He arrived on time and performed the services in an efficient manner. Overall, he did an excellent job with everything that I asked him to look at and work on. I would use him again to perform similar services.

He did great work, he cleaned any mess that would have been left and he did not waste time. I will use him again if I need a locksmith.

I got Joes name from Angies List. He was the first and only person I called. He told me he would come out right away to change my locks. Talk about excellent response! He was out within about 20 min. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He changed all three of my locks quickly and also made some great suggestions on how to key them-having a special key made to give to someone else without access to the deadbolt. I have never heard of this before, and am so glad he suggested it! And the bill was $133, which seems like a great deal to me. I would highly recommend, and will use in the future if ever needed!!

Sent a message on a Thursday morning via Angie's List and Joe email back that same day. We reviewed the scope of work over the phone and received an overview of charges. Joe asked for photos so he would some idea of what we had in terms of locks & doors. Scheduled service for the next day. Joe called prior to leaving to verify we were still on track and he arrive on time. He completed all the work with 2 hours and walled us through all the doors to make sure they worked and we were satisfied. The final bill was exactly what we expected and he was able to make a minor repair with used material at no charge. Very satisfied and would use them again should the need arise.

The work was excellent. He was excellent. There was no mess when he left. He was very prompt.

I have always used a different lock company, but never again. Joe responded to my email immediately, he was able to give me a price over the phone and came out the very next day. He was on time and called on his way per my request. He was professional, efficient and very reasonable and reminded me and applied the coupon he had on Angie's List to the exact price he quoted me. He showed up on time, got right to work, explained what he was going to do, and made the lock work better than it ever has, and I have had locksmiths work on this problematic lock before. I called on a Saturday and was able to set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. Had all the door locks in my home rekeyed. The work took under 2 hours, probably closer to 90 minutes. He also adjusted some of the locks that were a little misaligned. Now they all operate smoothly. Joe was on time, actually a few minutes early. I found him to be responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Would definitely use his services again.
