I would highly recommend this company. The guy who installed our water heater was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was well done and no hidden costs or fees.

Gorjanc was called to service a furnace that was not running correctly. Technician arrived and spent a considerable amount of time looking at furnace. He then informed me that the furnace was old and needed to be replaced. When he was told I was cash strapped and could not afford it, he then said he thought the problem was with a switch not performing properly. He said we could "try" this repair but if it didn't work, then the furnace would need to be replaced. He then proceeded to tell me since the furnace was so old, the part was obsolete and would need to be specially ordered and it would take about 7 days. But, if I wanted the part quickly I could pay an overnight shipping fee which would run me about $100. So, in total to replace this one switch, they would have charged me between $400 and $450. I decided to not have them do the work. I had another technician out shortly, who determined the main problem was a module, and a different switch. He said he would also throw in the switch Gorjanc wanted to repair, since "it costs like $25." All the parts were ordered and available in ONE DAY! They were standard, readily-available parts. For the Gorjanc technician to outright lie about the problem, then do everything in his power to jack up the price for a readily available switch, which probably would not have fixed the furnace (and then try to sell a new furnace after charging $450 for the repair) is absolutely unethical. Stay away unless you want to be lied to and price gouged!

I was not at all impressed with the technician that was sent out. The technician did not seem knowledgable. First, he used the cold water line from my old humidification system to be the water line for my new one. He then told me it really should be hooked up to the hot water line and followed with I would have to have a plumber do that. If I had not had an old system that I was replacing, how was he going to install the new system without tapping into a water line? Second. The technician was not knowledgeable about the companies service plans. When I asked questions about what each one covered, he did not know. He told me I could call the office to find out. FYI - I was looking for someone to regularly service my heating and cooling systems. Finally. The technician removed my old humidification system and did not cover any of the holes in the venting from the previous installation.

Very prompt and attentive scheduling. Called in advance of arrival; even came earlier than expected. Services provided knowledgeably and professionally. As good as the best experiences we have had with home repair professionals. And at a very helpful price through Angie's List. Very much appreciated.

The technician arrived on time and was very helpful in installing the Aprilaire system

They were first rate. I don't know what other people charge for the price. I think it was expensive but I don't really know. Quality is fine. I called on a Monday and they told me they would be there in a couple of hours. Another told me they couldn't come out until Friday. It only took about an hour for two people to complete the job. The clean up was very good. I've used them before.

Every thing was done neatly and cleanly. The people that came were personable and professional. The office staff that handles the calls were great to talk to.

No one was going to retire early on the job but I needed someone trustworthy. Job went great. They were in & out of there, super professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

They are fine. We've been using them for years. My husband made out the check so I don't remember what it was. They have been reliable, pleasant. They couldn't do it in November because it was too cold. I don't remember how long it took them. It was left clean.

It was good. My tenant liked them. The price was good.

I'm still waiting for them to call but I doubt they will. IMO once they are done with the job, they forget all about you.

very well - he was very thorough in explaining what he did.

They got my phone and email, but no one has responded with a final estimate. I also never got a receipt.

Everything went very smoothly. He worked efficiently and neatly and explained what he was doing. After installing the valve, he dye-tested the tank and bowl for leaks. He was prompt and professional and all work was completed in about 45 minutes. The toilet has worked without problems since then.
