Gorjanc put the "customer" back in customer service.

Since they installed it, (I think it comes with a warranty), they do the inspections, it’s the air conditioning and furnace. My husband really researched it and worked with them and he was very, very happy.

I am not good with remembering names, but the gentlemen showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He removed my old toilet and disposal was included (Yes!!!) and had the replacement installed in about 30-40 min if that. He even put my new fancy toilet seat on. I was pleased at how swift and clean the process went and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who could use their services.

We were in a bind yesterday with the frigid temps and our furnace would not ignite. After waiting all day for our regular furnace company to come and then being told that they didn't have the part, I started calling other companies at 8:30 in the evening for a 2nd opinion and to try to get our heat going. Andrew responded to my call within 10 minutes of me leaving a message with their service, and he was at our house with 25 minutes to try to help. He made a minor adjustment, and our furnace was igniting and producing heat. I cannot express how thankful we were to have him respond so quickly. We had been without heat for well over 12 hours. The service call fee was very reasonable, and Andrew took the time to fully explain the issue and even went further to explain how our modulating furnace works to my husband. Would/will recommend Gorjanc to friends and will definitely use again! THANK YOU ANDREW!!!

It took 2 service calls to resolve, primarily because the intermittent nature of the issue. Both techs were fantastic about explaining what they were doing and why - which is important to me as a new home owner. They attempted the most conservative fix first which we thought resolved things. A week later the leak was back, but that time when the tech came he could see exactly where the leak was coming from from a tell tale drop of water - the first tech didn't have that to go off of. They were able to go pickup a new part and install it that same day. Their prompt service and professionalism was very much appreciated. Would definitely hire again.

Wanted to have toilet checked and adjusted. After service toilet runs every 10 minutes and the toilet bowl will not empty regardless of how many times you flush. I had to shut the water of to the toilet. Whatever he did made the toilet unusable. I have another plumber coming into fix his work. He left an estimate of $650 to replace the toilet. I have to wonder if this was a scam to get me to agree to this. I am very wary of this company.

They're great they're a fantastic company. The owner and manager is a hands on guy, he incidentally has an advanced degree in Psychology. It's a great company, they have great employees. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was two toilet things from Angie's List. Angie's List had the promotion going to have something fixed on the toilet, like a flapper put in or something like that and have the plumbing checked out for $35 or $39 for one toilet. So I purchased two because we have two toilets. It turned out everything was fine. The price we got through Angie's List was fine. If we had any other plumbing issues - because we were asking about stuff - and if you go through Gorjanc, it's really expensive. He didn't do any work. He was a nice young man that came out.

He arrived on time. He tuned the toilet to excellent functioning. He explained what he was doing. He had the part that needed to be replaced. He was very professional.

The plumber arrived on time, was professional, realized right away what the problem was, and got it corrected very quickly. It was a great experience.
