I have been using them for a few years now. That took about three hours, he had to go back and pick up the thermostat. He did a very good job. It was good. Anybody that I dealt with is good. Well, we signed an contract with them. Its easy to have one company coming out, and have a good record of what you already have done.

Problem was with tension of chain so he offered to replace the flapper of another toilet and did so. He did a dye test of 3 toilets to make sure they were not leaking. He provided a quote on other work while waiting to allow the dye to show. Very professional and pleasant.

They were very good, very good. They called me, we set up at time. They were prompt and it took about a hour to do it. It was a small job. The outside faucet works well and I was very satisfied. He was on time, and he was good.

The service was satisfactory. We weren't totally happy. In the past, they've installed filters on our humidifier, but this time we had to do that ourselves.

To install the shower, they had to cut out a section of wall above access panel behind shower in the same bathroom. Even though Gorjanc was not responsible for drywall or tile repairs, they were able to remove it without damaging the tiles, so I was able to redo the drywall with the tiles. The installation took a few hours and went well. All the work and the cleanup was done properly and the two plumbing professionals were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Gorjanc.

We've been using them for years and years. We've never dealt with anyone else, it's hard to grade the price, but it seems fair. It takes about an hour or an hour and a half for the service. I'm not really sure because I'm always doing something else when they're here. They leave the area very clean. The is just one person that comes to complete the service.

Gorjanc is a very professional organization and has very knowledgeable staff regarding steam heating systems and their operation. I felt fully informed and was very comfortable with the decision to use them for this rather large residential job. They actually were able to conduct the install earlier than quoted and met every expectation for the job.

They lit the pilot light, but didn't replace the gas line (though we didn't know this was an issue until consulting another firm). They told us that they didn't have adequate parts to install a pilot relight system and that for the safety of our tenants needed to replace the furnace system entirely with a new one. I think the service was good, but this is why I wouldn't recommend them. We have since switched to another firm (Air Rite) that had all the necessary parts and was able to fix the full system without requiring a new furnance. They installed equipment that would prevent gas from leaking if the pilot light went out and fixed the underlying problem with the gas line. I found them much more affordable and straight-forward.

Gorjanc Comfort Services' sales person was excellent. The timing was excellent. Their clean-up and everything was excellent.

I really like them, so I use them often. Their price is on the high-side, but totally worth it. They do a really good job, they're really professional, and worth the money. They leave the area clean.

Everyone I spoke to from the gal setting up appointments to the tech who did the work were as nice and helpful as can be. This is the first time I've had them out and I can see why they have the high ratings listed here on Angie's list.

Quick and could be taken care off as I have to pay more money for what I need repaired

Great. A representative from Gorjanc called to inform us that their service man was on his way at the appointed time. Adam arrived and introduced himself, slipped on his shoe covers and proceeded to do the job as outlined. Adam was very professional and polite.

We have a monthly payment plan with them. They are on time, they're courteous, they're knowledgeable and they did the job well. It was probably reasonable.
