I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE 2 COMPANIES WE TRIED TO CALL ON THE SUNDAY DID NOT RESPOND, BUT WHEN I CALLED GORJANC ON MONDAY MORNING, THEY CAME OUT BY 1:00. BY 3:00, I HAD A NEW AND MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT WATER HEATER INSTALLED. PAUL, THE SERVICEMAN, CLEANED THE AREA THOROUGHLY, WAS VERY POLITE, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK, AND HAPPY THAT THE COMPANY IS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I HAD USED A DIFFERENT HEATING/COOLING MAN FOR 16 YEARS, BUT NOW I WILL CHANGE TO GORJANC.
