Description of Work: The gentleman that arrived from Gorjanc was extremely capable and willing to answer questions. I was getting ready to sell my house and wanted to make sure my furnace was in good shape. He checked out the furnace and cleaned it. Don't remember how long it took him, but I thought it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I had a number of questions for him and he explained the answer in detail so I could understand. The date of service is not available above. It was done in the Spring of 2010. I was extremely satisfied with his service. I would use Gorjanc again without question.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company back in 2011 for: $59 for a furnace clean and check plus filter change. That service turned out just fine and I have used them a couple of times too over the past couple of years. They are very responsive. They also follow up with emails with suggestions for more efficient heating that I could do.

Description of Work: Gorjanc is a good service provider. We were excited to be able to get our AC tuning at such a great deal. So did everyone else it seems. Even though we made the appt on April 17th the earliest date available was July 2nd. Just too long to wait. We decided to go with another service provider in the neighborhood who could do it at the beginning of May.

Description of Work: Disconnected old A/C and took away. Installed complete new system. I haven't had any problems since installation. The team of workers were great. From now on, any heating or A/C situations will be done by Gorjanc. They have also done the Winter furnance tune-up the last two years. I am HAPPY, HAPPY!

Description of Work: Spouse had signed up for "every 6 month" a/c and furnace check up. Repair man on this call stated I probably needed entirely new system and quoted a tentative price--incredibly high. Had another contractor (with a word-of-mouth history of good work and product) come out and review quote and "explain" Gorganc proposed charges and repairs--He came up with a much better price and product, and explained much about my present setup. Cancelled the monthly service charge with Gorjanc--which was how the the 2 "free" calls a year were paid for. They were very professional, cooperative, and promptly stopped the billing without a hassle.
