Description of Work: Checked two furnaces very thoroughly, made some good recommendations, were punctual, wore booties, extremely pleasant, answered my questions, and I am going to use them again. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned the furnace and replaced both filters. Employee was very professional and pleasant. Did a great job. Unfortunately, they won't be servicing condos any more so I will be looking for a new HVAC provider through Angie's list in the Spring.

Description of Work: The technician cleaned, oiled, and checked the furnace for any potential problems. He provided us with a worksheet listing all that he did as well as his recommendations for the replacement of part(s)that were beginning to show wear and the cost for the repair job. He was friendly and informative to any questions we had.

Description of Work: Overall, the service was good. (annual furnace checkup) The young man was responsive and seemed to do his work. My only problem, compared with the same service in the past from other providers, was that it seemed to take a long time, he made several trips up and down the basement stairs (?) and it just seemed more complicated than in the past. But all is well I believe. I did like the young serviceman.

Description of Work: Gorjanc arrived about an hour later than scheduled in the morning for a furnace install but got the job done well before the end of the day. Installers were vary careful covered all floors...did a complete clean-up and showed me the thermostat. Everything seems to be working well. Very professional. Would recommend them. Price was a little better than the other company I quoted.

Description of Work: They checked out a possible leak in the air conditioning unit as well as doing a full tune-up. Gorjanc always is very responsive to our requests and each tech who arrives is polite, considerate, and explains everything that is entailed in that day's service. We've used Gorjanc for about 25 years and have been pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Installed new gas furnace, A/C unit, humidifier, air cleaner, and programmable thermostat. We obtained several quotes which were all competitive. We selected Gorjanc because we had the most confidence in their approach and recommendations. Options were presented and explained clearly and completely. They assisted us in obtaining an energy rebate for replacing our old furnace. The workers were very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, helpful in explaining the operation of the equipment, and left the work area neat and clean. They were very accommodating to our requests. We are extremely pleased with the results and would use them again without hesitation.
