Description of Work: Trouble scheduling! Finally an appointment was made, found furnace needed to be replaced. Sent out a salesperson without scheduling an appointment! Very poor customer service ( front office ), service tech was very good.

Description of Work: I purchased a toilet tune up through Angie's List. The technician came on time, turned a screw at the top of the flow master and then strongly suggested that what I really needed was a new toilet. He could fix the one I have but financially it would be a better decision to buy a newer water saving toilet for $435.00. I felt pretty deflated after this. I had taken a day off work and blew 40 bucks for this. My monthly water bill averages $36. I highly doubt that a new toilet could be financially worthwhile, so I bought a new flow master,looked it up on you tube and changed it myself. I should have done this in the first place. Lesson learned

Description of Work: They Discovered the humidifier problem. I was disappointed that they didn't want to find the part to fix it, they wanted to sell me a replacement humidifier for $650. I found the part online and repaired it for $75. Sad....

Description of Work: Provided the most thorough inspection of my boiler I've ever had using at least three other service providers. Courtious and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Description of Work: A multi-point furnace inspection was performed. All went extremely well. The technician was on time and was very courteous and professional. He advised me of future replacement parts that would be needed and gave me an estimate of the cost of the part whenever I would decide to have the work done.

Description of Work: Mark showed up on time and was very professional. He performed the evaluation as purchased on your list. According to his paper work, he performed a visual inspection of the furnace and performed a tune-up. He found problems with the system and recommended repair or replacement of the furnace.

Description of Work: They checked, cleaned and put new filter in furnace. Mark was polite and |answered all my questions. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Replace 40gal Hot Water Tank. | |Ryan, the Plumber, was friendly and knowledgeable. The unit has worked flawlessly since the work was completed (~3 weeks ago). Ryan also pointed out a variety of other potential plumbing issues to me during the visit. He clearly believes in developing customer relationships and repeat business, which is valuable to me. | |I can't speak for the other technicians at Gorjanc, but the level of service I received was above my expectations and the price was competitive. I will certainly use them again for future AC/Furnace/Hot Water work.
