They fixed it and replaced the toilet (I purchased) and did great. Very professional and friendly.

I contact them to see about getting a repair person to fix it. The repair person called me back very quickly and talked me through a few possible solutions. When none of those were the problem he said he could come out, but the weekend rate was higher than regular business hours. So very promptly on Monday morning they called me and scheduled a time for the repair person to come to my house. He showed up on time, and pretty quickly fixed the problem and gave me a simple maintenance tip and advice about the unit overall.

Everything was done with professionalism from start to finish. Would call again.

My hot water heater was discovered to have a leak during a holiday weekend (indicating a full-blown failure was on the immediate horizon), so I left a message with the after-hours answering service to have Gorjanc call me upon re-opening. My call was indeed promptly returned and a technician was immediately dispatched out to my house for later that morning. The tech went over the options and quotes, and after my decision to go with the traditional tank-type WH, to my surprise he began replacement and installation immediately. After a couple hours, the job was complete (including the replacement of the gas and water shut-off valves) and he was on his way. Overall, I very much appreciated the prompt response and completion of the job, which helped me sleep better knowing I didn't have a ticking time-bomb in my basement waiting to flood it at any moment. While I was not stunned by the cost being low, I did feel it was reasonable and wasn't compelled to feel like I needed other estimates before committing to Gorjanc. Would definitely use them again.

Great. Technician was right on time, addressed concerns I had regarding the existing shutoff valve inside, and finished his work in short order. All in all, was very pleased with the work done.

It went well. The same guy came out as in 2016. He did a good job. He was on time. He put on his plastic boots and took care of the problem. I was very pleased.

The man who came out was prompt, professional and polite. I just wish I had kept my old faucet as the quality of the new one leaves something to be desired. To be fair, I didn't research the parts they intended to use and so that blame is on me. I made the faulty assumption that when you purchase Angie's List "deals" you are getting a deal for quality parts. Lesson learned! The faucet they installed is not as nice as the old, weather worn one they replaced. All hoses leak on it because the opening is shorter than any hose I've tried so there is not a nice, tight seal and water squirts out backwards out of the faucet to my house. It has fewer features than my old faucet and jiggles in the wall whenever I turn it on/off and the knob itself takes an annoying amount of turns to get on/off.

Great service and completion of project scope! On time, expert plumbing work, clean, reasonable price. Will definitely have them do additional work in the future.

Adam was very professional and did a fantastic job with the repairs and explaining everything with options. The company should be noted and proud to employ such personnel and would hire again. Only issue is pricing but that comes with the field and territory. Again, great job!

I used them a couple of times. They came out to check it. The price was very minimal. I've used them two or three times already. It took about half an hour to complete the work. It was real small job and only one person came out to complete the work. They left everything clean once they finished. I have been using them about three or four years.

It went okay. There were some things that he discovered that he was there, it was for a rental property, that I would have hoped that he would have gotten me a little more information on, but he didn't. But, he did everything he was supposed to do. Price-wise was not the cheapest, not the most expensive, so it was okay. They came out within a couple of days of the deal purchase. The deal purchase was for an inspection. They just didn't do the flapper. I think the deal was for a flapper and to inspect it. I assumed that it needed more than that, it was a 15 year old toilet. It's kind of difficult because I'm 2500 miles away from my house. So, I just need to know that it's getting taken care of. He was pretty much my eyes. I had no way of knowing what's going on. It's a rental property so I don't know if they're putting small nuclear devices down there or what, I have to count on him to tell me what's going on. It turned out that they were doing something that was not kosher in terms of the water. He noticed and he told me about it, but he didn't provide me any proof. The tenant was giving me a guess and he was telling me the truth, but I had no way of confirming it without him snapping a picture on his phone. I understand it's not his place to be a spy for the government, but the fact that he told me about it to begin with meant that I had to get somebody over there other than him when he was already there. When I'm paying somebody to inspect, I expect to get a report and get some kind of substantiation of what he's telling me. It's not like when you get your car fixed they send you the old parts that they changed. He could have easily taken a picture of what was going on and said this was what he saw. So that would really the only thing he could improve. I also got it handled by throwing the tenants out. They're in the middle on price. They were very responsive. I might be more specific in my instruction if I used them again. I probably take too much for granted like most people.
