I didn't comparison shop. It was on sale in their ad. Looking around briefly, it seemed reasonable.

We have a service contract with them. They come out twice a year, in the Spring and in the Fall. They go over the air in the Spring and the furnace in the Fall. We pay a monthly fee. We get a discount on any parts and labor that they have to use. They are fine. They are a great company. Punctuality is amazing. They are there usually five minutes before they are supposed to be there.

They did really well. We were happy. We actually had 3 or 4 companies come out and give us estimates. They were all higher and seemed less honest. We were very happy with these guys. Very good.

Their price seemed fair. I would use them again.

I had them out twice because I got a new hot water tank and then I had my air conditioning serviced, so it was twice in July. Too bad you can't do a +. I'd say B because they're more expensive, but you get what you pay for with them.

When I call my regular plumber, it's $75 just for the visit. That doesn't include parts, labor, etc.., so right there I saved $6. For the amount of time that the guy was out here, the price could've been much more. They responded quickly when I signed up and paid for the Big Deal. The service guy came out exactly when it was scheduled. They were on time, on budget, and quality work.

My 16-year-old water heater was leaking onto the basement floor so I shut it off. I read the positive reviews on here and decided to give them a call, seeing how high prices were from the "big box stores" with installation. Here's the timeline: 10:10 am - I called them and they asked if I could send photos of old tank, vent, and service tag 10:15 am - I sent photos 10:17 am - They called me back, told me about the water heater special for a 40 gal, 40,000 BTU tank (I didn't have to bring it up!) and asked if I was without hot water now. I confirmed and they said a plumber was on his way back from another job and could just drop by the office to get a tank and come right out to me. 11:00 am - Technician arrived, re-explained price, and went right to work. By 1:00 pm - Technician was finished and asked me to come down to review everything. He showed me how to light it if ever needed, pointed out all the changes he had to make to bring it up to code, gave me the instruction booklets and some suggestions about what I could do for annual maintenance. He had also cleaned everything up (except some water, of course, which will dry). Oh, and not only did he use shoe protectors every time he walked through any part of the house, he also put them on the wheels of the hand truck he used to move the new tank in and the old one out - I had to laugh when I saw that one!! At this point, I thought, "OK, the special was the base price, we'll see how much this 'code stuff' adds...". He gives me the invoice FOR THE QUOTED PRICE - I stop, surprised, and ask about all the other items, and he says they can't install it without bringing it up to code, and that's included. I'm shocked. I pay, he departs, having taking the old tank and all old parts with him. Before 2:00 pm, less than four hours from my call, I had hot water again. I'm amazed! Maybe we shouldn't be so surprised with such good service, but it seems like so many other places are always out to nickel-and-dime you on up to a higher price, especially when you have no choice. A young plumber came out to tune up my toilet, and then he came back a second time, and then a very veteran plumber had to come a third time. I kind of at first regretted having the tune-up done because I mostly wanted to have the basement toilet looked at, but the upstairs toilet was the one that started having problems after Gorjanc started looking at it. They're very responsive as far as coming back. I would use them again for another plumbing job. I did get an estimate from them for a major job that ended up costing me $1200, but I wound up going with my local plumber who's done other projects in my house, whose estimate was very, very similar; it came in a little under. I certainly wish they didn't have to come back a second and third time. The workers were very good, very professional.

I have been using them for 30 years and I have no complaints.

They were easy to work with and schedule. They came on time and did good work. They needed to change out some pipe and updated the turn off valve inside which they did at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Came on time. Polite. Efficient. Did A good job and cleaned up. BUT didn't show me how thermostat worked for time settings. Then wouldn't send someone out to show me how because I had waited too long to report it. Which was true but I didn't know of the time limit. Told me it would be service call, which would be $90!! I didn't do that.

I would use them again in the future if need be.

They charged $284 to have it installed plus the $69 diagnostic fee. Very happy about the service but I thought the price for the part was outrageous.

We get keys on July 11th then the rest of the projects will get started

Jonathon from Gorjanc came at the appointed time after calling first. I described our problem and he spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and reported in detail what was going on.

I felt that the technician was not communicative enough. After he left, wherever I turned on the hot water, there was a forceful gush of water with a bluish tint and a chemical smell. I think he should have either gone around and released each tap or told me that I would need to do so before the water would be clear. He was at my house for less than an hour. I felt the charge was extremely high. I wanted to answer "Would you rehire?" with a MAYBE, but that was not an option so I put NO.

Disappointed that someone who has been a loyal customer can't get an appointment. The person answering the phone suggested calling someone else. ( btw, it's not ME, she didn't even ask if I was a new or current customer before saying they were pretty much booked until the end of August)

Work was done when promised and for the price quoted although installation took two days, not three days as expected. Air handler needed to be designed to fit the space and original ductwork. Gorjanc called to offer us a higher level and size of unit than originally quoted for no additional cost to us when Gorjanc became aware of that opportunity. John Gorjanc with staff (primarily Andrew) performed the work. All Gorjanc workers showed respect for our home, taking pains to move equipment cautiously and to clean areas upon completion of the job. We've had record heat in Cleveland post-installation, and our home has been cool and quiet, as promised!

Good but less than a greater wasn't working. They had to. Come back out about 4 times but finally replaced with one that works. Think the original and subsequent ones were defective. The used a different brand and works fine

Very good the repairman was knowledgeable and very courteous worked quickly and did the job very well

Good. The only thing I found disappointing was that the faucet was not frozen proof. For a frost proof faucet, you have to pay extra.
