General Pest Control

Hired General Pest Control because of ratings on Angie's List and a special was being offered. They were very responsive at first and when they showed up for the first (spring) application we had just experienced a big storm so they said it was too wet but that they would return as soon as it dried-up. Well, I had to call them back a couple of weeks later and accept a re-scheduled appointment a week after that...didn't make me feel like they were organized or cared about my business. They did the work and the personnel on-site were courteous and professional. I think the price was fair for the service provided. That's why I gave them fair to good ratings and would consider giving them another chance. My only complaint was the scheduling...felt like we were allowed to slip through the cracks, so if I used them again I would try to make sure it didn't happen again.

They were great! They were wonderful! I haven't seen any problem. He said if I do have a problem to just call him and he will come back out and take care of it. The guy was really good. The final cost was what they quoted, and that was for the whole year which I was impressed. Some of the others charge that much to come out one time or more. I was really impressed. The guy was just great. He put those little footie things under his shoes so he didn't get it on my carpet.

We ordered an Angie's List special, made an appointment and the company came out on time and did a great job for us. The perimeter spray also included around the windows and any other opening that might allow infestation. The service provider inspected our landscaping to let us know possible nesting sites intrusive insects. I've added ant killer to a tall grass clump to get ahead of possible carpenter ant issues.

I called them on a Wednesday and we scheduled the service for the following Saturday between 2-4. The company did not call or show up so I left a message requesting a callback but have yet to hear anything.

Great! On time, answered all questions I had, said they would come back out if any problems - none noted to date. Gave me an informational sheet and login information to login to my account through their company.

They performed a season of pest control. They came out several times throughout the year and did a nice job.

The person that came out was friendly and professional. He set baits and said he would need to follow-up. Since no one was occupying the place at the time, he used the key box to let himself in and called me to update me when he followed up.

I was well pleased with the work that this company did. They kept their appointments on time, and did a good job.

They had come earlier and sprayed. They had told me if I saw any more activities they would gladly come back and that's when they came back in April. I had no problems with them coming back. They're a very good provider.

Everything went well and they got rid of all the pests.

BAD. They spray the edges and put out glue traps. In the last year their spray has not worked, the bugs are immune to it.. Their glue traps are full of roaches and look disgusting. All the furniture and mattresses were infested with roaches. The have had the contract for 10 years. Ugh!.

General Pest responded immediately and sprayed inside our home. The technician was courteous and professional, explaining the product he used and what we should expect. Because it was cold and rainy, the outside could not be sprayed effectively, so the technician planned to come back on a warm, dry day. The product used left no odor indoors and worked quickly. The technician returned to spray outside and left a note stating what he did and the time the service was performed. We are very pleased.

We had some ants in the house in early spring. They treated around the exterior of the house and I haven't seen an ant in the house since

Came out 3 times on an automatic schedule. Very good service.

The service turned out very well. They were able to fix the issue I was having with spiders. I have not had any problems since then.

Treated in SPring, Summer and Fall for the one price. Was very pleased with results and will use again next season.

It went well, not much to say, they did the job and the gentleman was friendly. Would recommend them.

The company only allowed the scheduling of the first service therefore during the second and third service dates, only the outside of my home was treated if at all. I was not present. I would NOT recommend this company nor would I use them again.

They came out and sprayed and have come out for the rest of the package without me having to lift a finger. I have to say they number of insects I have seen has been lower.

They have very good service and sent out a very knowledgeable technician. I am continuing to use them for my pest control services.

They have come several times and they have done a very good job. They have been very efficient. They have always come on time when they were supposed to.

We have been using General Pest since 1999. They have always been very professional; our calls are returned promptly; they always show up on time and ring the doorbell to let us know they have arrived before beginning their work. I highly recommend their services.

The first visit, they came out right away. I had recently purchased my home and was getting uninvited "guests" in my bathroom and laundry room. The guy was real thorough. Sprayed in and out. The next visit they didn't let me know they were coming and they only got to do the outside, but left a note that they'd come back if I needed the inside done. They seem really willing to do whatever the customer needs.

The company response was timely. The bed bug problem was eliminated. They will be the first Pest Control I call again
