Description of Work: I bought this service as a Mother's day gift. My wife said they were friendly and professional and did what we ask them to do in the time allotted.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean my house before my move in. They were to mostly clean the floors; baseboards and anything else they found that needed washing/dusting. I have a great dust filter system that eliminates most of the dust. They ran out of things to clean before the time was up. The two girls went around looking for things to clean. When they left I found that they really did not do that great of a job cleaning. They were very nice, but there was dust and dirt that they missed.

Description of Work: This team was great, smart and professional. They did an excellent job without micromanagement on my part. There was a glitch in arrival time, which required a "where are you?" email from me. They responded immediately, with an appropriate apology and response, so I'll consider it just an unfortunate "oops." The manager was responsive to the few special cleaning requests I had and I appreciated only being tied down for two hours, since it was a three person team. The only consideration is that the price, on a regular basis, is a bit out of my range. It was $219 with a coupon and would be $240 without.

Description of Work: They did a great job of cleaning and dusting my 2300 square foot home. I have hard wood floors and blinds throughout and they dusted and cleaned them as well.

Description of Work: Nothing. The provider NEVER phoned me. Everything was done via e-mail. Had the provider just called, told me that they had nothing on the three dates and times that I had suggested, we could have talked it through and I would have been happy. It seemed as if I had to push them to get whatever answers I did get. And much as they would like me to believe I was all set up, all I knew was the morning of the 31st. When I asked what time I never got an answer back.

Description of Work: The workers were friendly and did a thorough job. We were getting our home ready to sell. Before we moved into our new house, we had Cardinal clean that one too. Great job!

Description of Work: They cleaned bathroom, living room, kitchen, family room and extra bathroom. They did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend

Description of Work: I thought the two ladies who came to clean my house did a fairly good job and they called ahead when they were stuck in traffic and were going to be late, which I appreciated. I wouldn't use them regularly simply because of the price, but should I need a one-time cleaning, I would call again.
