House cleaners did an excellent job to my wife's satisfaction.

A "deep clean" housekeeping for $399. was the deal. Without ever asking how large my house was, a cleaning was scheduled for the Friday before a weekend when I was having company. While initially scheduled for 11 AM to noon, the 2 person crew didn't actually get to my house until close to 4:00. Phone calls updating the time were received. When I noted there were only 2 people for a whole house deep clean, and my house is approx. 2,600 sq. feet, I knew we had a problem. Ultimately, the crew were very nice and offered to do whatever I asked, and stay as late as needed to do the job, but we had plans for that night and didn't want to change them to stick around for house cleaning. Because I needed my house cleaned, and because the crew was very nice and I didn't want them not to get paid, I offered to pay for a couple hours of work to get my common areas done. (about $125. with 'discount') The crew did come back a few days later, and brought a third with them and did a very nice job of cleaning. They were subcontractors of the cleaning company hired, and I kind of wish I knew that when I hired the service. I was trying to mediate for all parties, but ended up paying more for essentially the same service listed. I didn't feel that the Cardinal Maids administrator had any idea how long/ and how many people it really takes to do a house deep clean, or how to handle a situation such as mine. I wouldn't hire them, or recommend them.

They did not do most of the stuff that I asked them to do . I called the company and I complained , I wrote feedback on there website on the horrible experience . They called me back and they sent another 2 girls to complete the work that was not completed. They also responded very quickly to your complaint and had the issue resolved and it was resolved in the end.

The head girl was efficient and thorough. Her partner was not thorough.

This is the first time I have hired a cleaning company, so I have no comparison. The house looked great. There were a few small things that were overlooked that surprised me, such as not washing the fronts of cabinets and the laundry floor wasn't washed. Other than that, I was pleased.

I think that the cleaning they did was a good job but not exceptional.

I had Future and his lovely wife Fran, they were awesome and friendly and very efficient.

All went very well. I was advised by phone when traffic was heavy and holding them up. They were very thorough and got into nooks and crannies that were dusty and neglected! I was very appreciative.

Two young ladies came on time and cleaned the apartment for a little over two hours. Grime was pretty bad from previous tenants so they worked hard! There were a couple things that I had concerns about and they addressed them. Afterwards they were quick to make any adjustments that were needed. Very friendly people and easy to work with, from the person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, to the girls who did the cleaning.

I used their website to book a cleaning for my mom. The maids showed up on time and were very respectful. My mom has a couple dogs and they were even able to get ride of all the hair! I would highly recomment Cardinal Maids, and definitely plan on booking them again.

Fantastic experience with Cardinal Maids! Used the online calendar to book the date I needed it done. Flat rate with no surprises and got an email to remind me beforehand, which I liked because I'm very busy most of the time. Two person crew showed up on time and were very nice throughout the process. Haven't seen my home this clean in a long time! Would absolutely use this company again.

2 maids showed up on time, super friendly, they work quickly and at no point was it noticeable that they were there. I live in a 5 bedroom house and the price was beyond reasonable. Cardinal Maids will be doing my house every month.

I had an excellent experience with cardinal maids. I will be calling them for future services because of my experience. They sent out two ladies who were very kind and hardworking. I thought it would be awkward to have people I didn't know in my home cleaning while I was present. However, it was not awkward at all. They cleaned my home very well and seemed to have a very pleasant time while doing so. I will definitely be using the cardinal maid services again very soon!

I booked this service as a gift for my mom on mother's day. The online booking was really simple, and easy to use. The price was exactly as stated on the website, there were no hidden or additional fees. I was happy with the choice of availability for the services. The maids did a very thorough job cleaning my mom's house. They cleaned everything from floors to counters, every corner of the bathrooms and bedrooms. They got in every corner that other maid services I've used in the past missed. Everything was left clean, smudge, and dust free. They even dusted the fans and blinds in all of the rooms. The maids were very pleasant, I was comfortable allowing them free range of the house. My mom LOVED their work and will be using them again. In my experience, this was a professional and trustworthy maid service. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to have my house cleaned because I was hosting a friend from out of town for a few days and I wasn't going to have time to clean the whole house as well as they did. The website and online booking was convenient. I won't hesitate to use them again some time soon.

It went very well. The 2 maids who showed up were very nice ladies who walked around the house with me before starting. I loved that they had weekend services because I wanted to be there the first time they cleaned and I'm just too busy during the week. I booked on their website's online calender and the company got back to me very promptly to confirm my appointment. All of the cleaning went well! They were over for about 4 hours and did a wonderful job. Baths were all taken care of which was my main point of focus for them.

Recently had my home cleaned by cardinal maids and I was really happy with the job they did. I've hired maids in the past and am always a little hesitant having someone in my home like that. But the person I spoke with on the phone assured me the maids are background checked and insured. On top of that the cleaning was very good too. I plan on using them again.

It went excellent! The girls who cleaned my home were extremely friendly and prompt. I booked using their online calendar which is something I haven't seen before. Reminder email leading up to the cleaning was a nice touch too. Overall great experience and no surprises with the flat rate pricing.
