Buggy Boy Concrete

All buyers beware! Tuwan Ford was very responsive and communicative when he was seeking my business, but less than 2 years later my patio is crumbling and falling apart (see photos). I have been phoning and texting him for 10 days, and his only response (via text) is that, and I quote, "The concrete company has to correct it because it was a bad mix". I did business with him, not a third-party concrete company and I want this corrected immediately. At this point, I am being dodged and ignored.
