Bill's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

He did a great job! He uses a 4 step process with vacuuming, treating, steaming, etc. I also have him apply scotch guarding. He moved all of the furniture for me too. The carpeting looks brand new!

Everything turned out great. The rugs look beautiful, he charged a great price, and I will definitely use him again.

Bill's did a great job on everything. After hosting a large party, I had some very dark stains on my light colored nylon carpeting as well as our light colored wool carpeting. They were able to get all the stains out and revitalized the plush carpet. They also cleaned a very dirty velvet chair and ottoman purchased second hand. Without knowing what the stains were in the velvet, they were able to clean it to look like new. Very well done. However, I would think twice about having the protective coating applied. It doesn't seem to have worked at all for me. I have two cats and a dog that I'm constantly cleaning up after and the protection hasn't made the cleanup process any easier, as it was supposed to have.

They did a fantastic job. There were tons of animal stains and dirt. The carpet was 12 yrs old and now looks new again.

Overall it went well. I had plastic on my carpeting which left glue on my carpeting. Bill's Carpet removed the glue and did a beautiful job in cleaning.

These guys were the best carpet cleaners that I have ever dealt with! Historically, I had responded to advertisements for "whole house" carpet cleanings or some similar deal and the focus was on price. With Bill's, the focus is clearly on getting your carpets clean. I had some very dirty carpets, with spots that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. At the beginning of the job, I asked if they were going to be able to get the spots out and I was told that they had looked the job over and that they were not intimidated by any of it. And, they didn't disappoint, they kicked butt - those stains didn't have a chance.

We had arranged a time for them to come on a day the power went out, so we set up a different appointment. When I got home there was a message on my machine saying he wasn't coming because he didn't want to wait around until 12. He never came to do the job.

They are really good. They are very thorough. They are extremely clean and they do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Did a great job. You can't tell the bleach spots were ever there! Also removed various stains. Carpets look and feel so much better. This is my second time using this company. I will use them again.

They had some of the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. They also colored a few areas of carpet that got damaged by bleach and it came out great.

They are by far the best I have ever hired. They are family run and take a lot of pride in their work.

They were able to remove stains that other companies could not. They don't expect you to move anything (IE - furniture, tables, etc.), only your knick-knacks. They are efficient, polite, professional, courteous and do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody. They will also clean furniture as well, and they do an excellent job.

Bill is a great guy, and the owner of the company. He is very reasonable in his prices and made my carpet look like new. I would use him again in the future.

Overall--excellent. Came when promised. Worked carefully and diligently--much more meticulous than the speedy cleaning approach practiced by a much larger competitor that we have used before. Bill carefully examined the cushions for even small spots and was able to remove them all. When we first called to schedule, Bill was concerned that our needs cost less than their minimum, but we found a few other items to clean and protect and told him to clean until we met the minimum.

They had a cancellation, so were able to schedule me the next day after my initial call. They were slightly late, but called to let me know which I appreciated. The carpet looks great. We will hire them again.

Daryl and Josh did a fantastic job. Our off-white carpet hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long and was covered with dark spots in places, and it looks great now. They were very efficient, done in about 3 hours. They called 5 minutes before appointment to say they'd be a few minutes late. Daryl noticed that the carpet was ripped along a seam and said he did carpet repair; no sales pressure at all but I agreed to have him fix it. He admitted that it wasn't a perfect repair for a number of reasons, but it certainly is an improvement. Price might be a little bit high, but I didn't get any other estimates for comparison, so I could be wrong. I would definitely hire them again.

They are a very professional company. They were on time and kept everything neat and tidy. Cleaning was thorough. Some long standing stains remained on the love seats, and he came back a second time to remove them. The price seemed high, but I did not compare to anyone else.

They did an exceptional job. I've had carpet cleaned before but not like Bill's. They came in with 2 vacuums, one for the general area and another for the edges and in tight areas; they pretreated, cleaned, then brushed the carpet. My carpet was dry and looking like new.

I called these guys on the basis of other reports on Angie's List, not expecting that they would perform miracles. They got out some serious puppy stains in a cream colored carpet that I really expected would have to be replaced. They were nice, hardworking guys. You would never feel uncomfortable having them in your home. Their prices were more than fair given the level of results. Highly recommended.

Bill was courteous and informative in answering question regarding pet marking. He and his staff had good information on how to solve our problem. They were on time and charged what he quoted.

Bill was able to schedule me in quickly and did a great job. He pretreated some areas that were particularly dirty and they came cleaner that I expected.

They were wonderful. They really cared about doing the job right. Even helped me to use my own vacuum cleaner to do a better job in the future and made sure that the belt needed to be very tight instead of just there. They were very friendly and really cared about the medical aspects of it.

In a nutshell, extremely high quality work with total satisfaction on my part. Came out quickly after first call to provide estimate which was in line with or lower than others including large name operations. Set up time to do job at my convenience and arrived right on time. Very high quality, courteous, friendly people with great work ethic. Very thorough job. Much more so than any I have had previously. I highly recommend them. Their 40+ years of experience shows very obviously why they are still in business.
