We Clean Cincinnati

I received a call from jon, the owner, 10 minutes before their employee was supposed to arrive. She was not feeling well. We agreed she could come in and do what she could, since I have 2 small children I arranged to have out with a sitter for the morning. The employee was very nice, and stayed for 3 hours, which I expected. She left a note saying my bill would be adjusted so I would only be charged for the 3 of the 5 hours, unless I wanted the additional 2 hours of cleaning. After the bathroom smelled, I e mailed the owner, requesting my bill be re adjusted. He made no apologies, just offered to have 2 ladies come out and re clean the bathrooms, which I had already re cleaned myself. He made no comment on the re adjustment. I told him no thank you, just please adjust my bill. I waited a week, saw nothing reflecting an adjustment on my credit card bill .i e mailed him again, reminding him. I heard nothing, so called twice the next day where I was given no clear answers by his assistant, and kept getting the runaround. Today I called again, and was told he was so busy and would get back to me. All I want is the adjustment! I received an e mail from Olive, stating that they tried so hard to be accommodating, when, in fact, I was given very poor customer service. I would have dropped this entire thing had they simply re adjusted my bill, or at the very least, apologized in the first place! I would never recommend this company to anyone, and wish I would have read these reviews before I hired them. Go somewhere else where you are treated better and where they do a better job!! A complete headache!

I paid for 5 hours of cleaning in an empty 850 sq ft house. There was nothing to be done in the bedrooms but wipe the sills and spot clean woodwork (carpeting was just cleaned)  When I went to check the work following this "cleaning" there was dust on the light fixtures, the top of the refrigerator, and window sills. The oven was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and the hardwood floors did not look clean. If you can wipe the floor after it was cleaned and the towel is dirty, then I would say it isn't clean. After contacting the company they agreed to send another maid back to clean for one hour. Hayley came and cleaned, and did and excellent job. The only problem was that one hour was not enough to make up for the other 5.

Cleaned my 3 bedroom house. I have migraines and my doctor told me that often there can be environmental triggers so I should have my house thoroughly cleaned. I hired this company because they use natural products and I felt safer with that.

I have cats and they told me that would make the cleaning service take a little longer. When I saw all the cat hair they got up I was amazed. I vacuum my house on a daily basis and there was still a ton of cat hair. My house smells 10x better and the smell doesn't make me nauseous like some of the fake chemical scents do. I don't know if its my new medicine, just a mental things or my house being clean but since they came I really do feel much better.
