Description of Work: THE PEOPLE AT RYAN'S REPLACED A REAR PASSENGER WINDOW ON MY SATURN. THEY EVEN CLEANED OFF THE DUCT TAPE RESIDUE FROM THE TAPE I'D USED TO TEMPORARILY FIX THE WINDOW. THEY FINISHED THE JOB ABOUT TEN MINUTES SOONER THAN THEY HAD ESTIMATED, AS WELL.
