Discovered a leak in kitchen wall that had run down the length of a cabinet, filled the bottom of the cabinet and was dripping onto the counter. Called Plumb Tite at around 4pm and someone was out to assess the leak a short time after. Plumb Tite quickly located a discrete leak from the bathroom shower above that was seeping behind caulking. While the shower faucet will ultimately need to be replaced due to corrosion, Plumb Tite was able to stop the leak with a simple tightening. I'm thankful for the quick response and honest assessment. The temporary, simple, cost-effective fix allowed us to turn our water back on. Another company could've easily torn apart a wall, our tile, left us without water for the evening or even weekend and charged us hefty after-hours fees. I will definitely use Plumb Tite for the replacement of those faulty faucets and for additional work.

We've had good and bad experiences. They had been out twice trying to repair a water heater. When they came out the second time, they charged us for the same service. My husband complained and they did refund that because it was exactly the same. When they left, it started doing the same thing. They said they didn't have to refund it but they would. It was 2-3 months between the service calls but it was the exact same problem. Both times they didn't fix it. We didn't have them replace the water heater because the price was quite high. We had used them before for regular plumbing and they did fine. We'd had success with them before.

They are great. They did the work in about a day and half, and they ran it about 120ft, put the pipe in, and they were gone. They also cleaned up. The interaction with them was fine, and the work turned out just as they said it would.
