The work has turned out very well. I especially liked two things: (1) The company recognized the urgency of my problem and was able to find a Tech who could come a day early; and (2) the Tech took some time to explain how to fix the problem in the future and did a pressure check on my water supply. Overall the service was an A. I gave a B on price, because the price was about what I expected.

We originally called to have both bathtubs snaked due to slow water in both bath tubs. Our water is so hard they were unable to get the bathtub stoppers off because they were fused together. They told us they did not need snaked we just needed to clean out the plate in the bathtub and place a "basket" over the drain to catch the hair. This was the perfect solution and really cheap! They did say we had very hard water in Liberty Township and would greatly benefit from a water softener/descaler being installed. They were the 3rd plumbing company to tell us this. We liked them so much and our tech. Jake was so great we decided to have it installed. We also needed to have the "valve" changed in the master shower but because everything was fused from the hard water they had to cut a hole in the wall to fix it. I was not thrilled about this but it was better than tearing the tile up and they were able to leave a door in the wall for access for any future problems. Again Jake did a great job. He explained everything and gave us options. He cleaned up after himself and made hole/door in the wall as small and neat as possible. Definitely will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

They did a great job. It was a Sunday and they gave me a time of 12noon and 3pm. They showed up at 12:20 and the problem was fixed by 12:45. Really liked the service man Jacob. He did a great job and was very friendly.

The tech Chad arrived in the time frame that was quoted. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work needing to be completed. He took out busted copper tubing and found all the leaks. Overall it was a great experience. I will hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Very nice, polite man took an hour and a half to rebuild a leaky toilet. He cleaned up the area, did a great job, very professional. He also replaced a valve and hose on the shut off line.

When I originally contacted Plumb Tite it was about a slow drain in my hall bathroom. The company promptly sent a tech out who snaked the line. Service was good and the bathroom was left neat and clean. A few days later the line was slow again and a second attempt to snake it resulted in copper pipes in the wall starting to leak. Again the room was left clean and neat. Plumb Tite then sent out a plumber to do an estimate on fixing the pipes. That work was done the next day. After cutting through the bath wall the old pipes were replaced. A small repair was also made on my stack. However the line was still slow. This is where things went amiss. When I returned home from a meeting I found that the plumber had snaked both the master and hall baths. Great, but he left plumbing sludge residue inside the bathroom vanity, on the floors, walls and baseboards in both bathrooms. He said he tried to plunge the line first and said he found a plunger to use in my kitchen pantry! A wet towel of mine was left in one bathtub. Not knowing what it had been used for I discarded it. It took me two days of cleaning those bathrooms with Lysol to remove the sludge.

I live in a mobile home, and Plumb Tite is the only plumbing company i found that would even help me with any of my plumbing issues. We had a busted pipe due to the cold weather. Plumb Tite came out and determined the issue as to why this pipe keeps busting, I had the same problem last year. Chad did an excellent job, replace our copper pipe with plex piping and installing new heat tape. The old pipe had a dead spot on the heat tape. He was on time, very professional and even working in the cold, got the job done quickly. I have used them several times and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for a quote. They were able to come that same day. Arrived on time, assessed the current sump pump, had the replacement on the truck so we had them go ahead and replace it. Very thorough in explaining things to us. Cleaned up the area. Would definitely hire them again.

Dustin was very proficient and professional. He arrived on time, was thorough in explaining what he would do, and worked diligently. The finished installation was well done. He went above and beyond by installing an additional shut-off valve as a convenience. I would have him perform other plumbing jobs in the future.
