I recognized the salesman right away from when I had an estimate on my Bathroom. He came out previously under a different company name (Columbia Kitchen and Bath) and I am very thankful that I decided not to go with this company for my bathroom because the same owner under his new company (New Century Remodeling) took me for $7,400. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave a great demonstration of the windows. He was not high pressure at all and was someone I was thinking I would recommend. I signed a contract with him to have 14 windows replaced and a tentative time was set for the install when the windows were to be delivered. I followed up with them on the 26th of April and left a voice mail message. The salesman called me back on 5/3 to tell me that the owners had taken off with all the money and closed down the business. I had at the point put down $7400 on the job and he explained that the windows were never ordered. The sales rep explained that he had several customers that had ordered and not received any product. As it stands, I have filed complaints with the attorney general of Ohio, BBB, and now Angie's List. I will be out regardless 5k since it was a check, the other money has been disputed with my Credit Card Company.

As of today, 3/16/16, I do not have an estimate from them.

Funny thing though, the person who came to take the measurements had been to our house before a few months prior with another company (Columbia Kitchen & Bath) we were trying to obtain an estimate from for the same project. When he showed up we laughed about that for a moment, he explained that he had changed jobs and that his "old employer" was bad and follow through and was a poorly run business in general. Hmmm....
