Description of Work: I hired this company to send someone to do a deep cleaning of two bathrooms and my kitchen. They sent an amazing lady, Chelsea. She worked nonstop from her arrival right up until the very last minute of her time. Chelsea was professional, kind, and what a cleaner! My bathrooms and my kitchen never looked better. A+ for her!

Description of Work: This was the second time I had these people. I was quoted a price of $70.00 which I paid the first time. I asked them to arrive by 12:00 noon. They pulled into my driveway at 11:45 A.M. and didn't come in till about 12:00 noon. They (two ladies) cleaned until around 1:30 P.M. They then gave me a bill for $125.00, and they said they had arrived at 11:30 and it was now 1:30 so they had to charge me more! The cleaning job they did was not good. I felt like I was ripped off. I will never use them again!

I just wanted to reply to this review. I just called and left Ms. [Member Name Removed] a voicemail message for her to call me. I believe she has us confused with another company. We have only been out to her home one time and that was on January 28th of this year - after she purchased two hours of cleaning through Angie's List. We have not been contacted from her and have not been out for cleaning since that time. I am hopeful she will contact me soon and we can resolve this, so that this review will come off our company and go to the correct one. Because what she is describing is bad business, and that is not how we operate.

Great!
Description of Work: Cleaned my kitchen, family room, downstairs family room & 3 bathrooms. They had a few minutes left over so they also cleaned my dining room. It was the best feeling to come to a clean smelling, sparkling home. With 3 boys and 2 big dogs, I don't get that feeling too often!

When we had first spoke over the phone we let you know that we needed to contact our owner to see if we could go that far and thus we did inform you on first contact that we may not be able to travel to your area.
