Did a great job

The only issue I had was that the employees were late, and failed to call me. However, when I called the owner she was extremely responsive and explained they had gone to the wrong location. Once the workers did arrive, they were very efficient, worked well, and did a good job. I was pleased with the results, and with their professionalism and attitudes.

Overall, McCarthy's did a wonderful job. We have a dog who manages to shed everywhere, and they managed to clean up every single hair. Our house has never felt so clean and nice.

I made the initial contact with McCarthy's Home Services 3 weeks ago, and received a follow up message that she would be available on the discussed date. I followed up again, and left a voice message to reconfirm the date and a time. No response. A couple of days later, I left a second message to reconfirm the date and time. No response. I have attempted to follow up 5 more times by leaving messages for a return call to reconfirm date and time. No response. At this point, I have to assume that no one from this company is showing up to provide their services. I'm booking another service.

Kellie was friendly and professional. She did everything I expected and more. As I look around my place I am still impressed with the service. I have used another service before and it was not nearly as well done as this one. I will definitely use this service again.

They are very professional and pay good attention to detail. They come every two weeks. They did a deep clean the first time they came.

I calledthe company and was scheduled a week later which was fine with me. I hurt my knee and had been unable to do anything physical. JoAnn came out and was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning my house from top to bottom. We have 2 floors. She also was great with my dog which might be important to you dog owners. I would highly recommend and will re hire in the future.

They are here every other week and they do a great job. We think that the people are very nice and they seem very willing to please their customers. They would give us the Angie's List coupon offer. Overall, the job went very well and they were very thorough. We would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Very detail oriented, professional and thorough. It seems this company trains their employees to clean in an efficient and consistent manner, very little if any direction from me was needed. I have scheduled them to return.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this transaction so far. Ladies came in went right to work, used their products, (one of mine - at my request) and were extremely businesslike. I have occasionally used other services and felt they did not quite clean as well as I did myself, so I am so far extremely pleased not to see anything these gals missed. When my daughter came home she said - "gee the house looks cleaner than when you do it" .......believe that is an "A"rating.

McCarthy's has been a pleasure to work with! They were quick to respond, polite with the estimate, reasonable on price and they do fantastic work. My husband and I are so busy with work, 3 pets, and a toddler- it has been wonderful to have the house taken care of weekly by such a professional service. We will continue regular cleaning with them!

Very good experience from estimate to execution

They were 100% all the way. She showed up on time, she assessed the situation that I presented, she explained the details of their service, she made some notes and created a file with my information, and she gave me a quote on the spot. She sent me the quote after the fact via email.

Called for an estimate after finding them on the web. Received estimate within 48 hours and I didn't even realize that they had been there, which was nice because I was selling my home and very busy at the time. After I called to commit to the work, they came by within a few days and would have just left the bill for me in my mailbox, but I happened to be there that day and spoke with the owner. Very nice guy, did a great job. Very fast, low fuss and I appreciated that I didn't have to be there at a certain time especially for work that is all outdoor. I think their only "negative" is that they could modernize their website and communication a little bit so that it conveys a higher level of confidence upfront. I wasn't quite sure what I would get, but was very pleasantly surprised. I will use them on my new home for sure.

The first time was a deep clean which Trina the owner did on her own and she did a great job. Afterwards the quality was pretty good on most days but she didn't always have help. I would leave a note every time to let them know if there was anything special I wanted them to concentrate on but apparently they were not used to having these notes left. I sometimes left coupons that I couldn't use for small kids etc. with these notes as they had small children. They felt I was always criticizing them by leaving the notes - this I found out a week and half ago when they were due to clean the house and they left me a note and my key saying they couldn't clean my house anymore. They did not give me any notice and they did it on the day they were to clean after I set the linens etc. out. There were many times when I did ask them to dust certain areas and it wasn't done. Some areas were always missed like the pictures in the foyer. They did not offer to come back and clean missed areas.

I have used McCarthy"s Home services for several years, and have been completely satisfied with both the level of professional service and value for each of the services performed at my home.
