Went great called Greg on a wed. and he quoted us a $1,000 for surveying our 14 acre lot and dividing it in half for 2 seperate lots, he performed the services on Sunday and was very professional and courteous.

I submitted an email through the Angie's List site including my phone numbers and email address. Mr. Koopman contacted my the next day. He indicated that he prefers to have phone number or direct email addresses as in some cases if he responds through the Angie's List web site there customer doesn't always get the contact as efficiently as one would like. At any rate, within a couple of days Mr. Koopman performed the work I requested,

I had the good fortune to find Mr. Koopman here on Angie's List and called him to explain what I wnted to do; he responded that not only was it possible but gave me an estimate in that initial call. We met to do a walk through and three days later he came and did the actual survey. Within two days he had the drawings which are required for submission to the recorder's office and in about one week the entire process was completed. Not only does Mr. Koopman have top-notch qualificaations but he is an extremely nice man to deal with-willing to explain what he was doing and patiently answer any question. If there were A+ ratings I would have given him all.

Greg returned my initial call promptly and arranged to come to our 1.75 acre lot the following weekend. We had heard conflicting accounts by the neighbors of who owned which trees and whose property a fallen fence was on, etc. Greg took around an hour to mark the boundaries. Several days later, as part of the service, he sent us a drawing of the property that we can submit to the county. We found Greg to be both professional and personable, not to mention considerably less expensive than two other surveyors I had called for estimates, one of whom offered to do the same job for $2200!

Greg surveyed my property. I called him, he called back same day, set up an appointment and he came early ,surveyed my property in less than 2 hours. Super nice guy, explained everything he did, showed me all the pins and stakes. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommend for all your survey needs. .

Mr. Koopman returned my call promptly and kept his scheduled appt in a timely manner. I explained that I wanted two adjoining properties surveyed so that residential fence could be put up on both properties. He was very knowledgable about fence boundaries and was familiar with Hamilton county fencing laws. He took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. It took only two days for him to return my completed survey drawings in the mail. The drawings were professionally done and recorded with the Hamilton County Recorders office. I couldn't have asked for a more professional service - would defintely use Mr. Koopman again.

I emailed Greg to get an estimate and he responded very quickly. Greg had very good reviews here and was the lowest estimate I received. Once I was ready to have the survey completed Greg was out within a few days. He was very professional, showed me every point where he set pins and stakes, and even added a few stakes to help with the fence placement. He mailed me three copies of the survey within a few days. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a resonable, easy to work with surveyor.

Mr. Koopman promptly returned my call. Although we played telephone tag for a few days, when I had time to return his call he listened to my worry in regards to a neighborhood 'rumor' that the property line went through my newly bought home. He assured me of the legality of having a legitimate survey obtained just in case of a future issue. He waited until I could discuss this with my husband without pressure. We arranged to have the survey for our own peace of mind. He arrived promptly as scheduled and ready to work. He answered my questions and was very pleasant. Promptly returned call, quoted price and scheduled survey. Arrived on time, spent approximately 2.5 hours conducting survey, placing pins and stakes. Very professional. Provided additional instructions on local laws and suggestions re: communicating with neighbors.

Called us bank promptly, performed the survey promptly, and send us a report. ALL done with the best price we could find. I'd recommend him to anyone... and as a matter of fact - we did recommend him to a good friend of ours who also needs a land survey.

Greg was wonderful to work with. He called me back within just a few hours of leaving a message and was able to come out to do the survey on a Saturday, just a few days after the initial phone call. He arrived early, talked to me to get the basic information that he needed to proceed, and got right to work. He worked quickly, and when he was done, he went over each marker with my husband, and explained everything that he found. Greg told us that he could have the finished survey plans to us within a few days, and on Tuesday, we had them...he even dropped them off at the house instead of mailing them, since he was in the area. Greg's prices are very reasonable...we received several other bids, and his was by far the best. He is professional, on time if not early, and just plain nice. :) I would definitely work with him again, and I would have no problem referring him to my friends.

I placed a call to Greg Koopman, received his voice mail, and he returned my call later that day. We are thinking of putting in a swimming pool, and wanted to know exactly where the rear property line was, in case there is a provision in the building code indicating a pool has to be a certain distance from the property line. Greg said he could do the job on Sunday, and estimated the cost at $250. He called before coming on Sunday, and arrived on time, and did exactly what I wanted. He was pleasant and professional. Today in the mail, I received 3 plats(?) each with his official surveyor seal showing our lot and where he placed the stakes. I think Greg was here almost 2 hours, and he charged what he had estimated, $250. This was worth it to me. I gave him a grade of B for "Price" on this survey only because I didn't get other bids, and I'm older so most things seem expensive to me.

I contacted Greg the last week in January. I wanted to get a variance request into the city by the first week in February. He immediately quoted me a VERY good price and was able to operate within the necessary timing. All in all, we received the electronic files from the survey exactly on time and our designer was very please by the inputs as he put together the final designs for our deck and our variance request. I would definitely use (and recommend) Greg's services again.

Greg was punctual and professional. We built a new home on a wooded 2 acre lot and the builder did a preliminary survey to make sure to put the house on our property. Since the lot was 2 acres it extended into the woods and we wanted to know all the property lines. The lot was hilly and Greg did a great job of marking the important points with pins and orange streamers so we can easily find the property lines.

I was all set to close on my home, and in the eleventh hour, our title company said they needed a "mortgage location survey" done. It was Friday afternoon and the closing was set for Monday. I called between 10-15 surveyors and Greg was the only one that said he could come out to do the survey before Monday. He came out the very next morning, a Saturday mind you, and surveyed the property. He submitted his report to the title company before the weekend was through.Thanks to Greg we were able to close on time! If I ever need to get another survey done, he will be the first person I call.

Greg was prompt, professional and reasonably-priced. I received a certified scan of the survey and he also sent me the CAD file of the surgery document for future use.
