There is a reason Koopman is so highly rated - he does very nice work.

Communication was excellent from the beginning. Greg returned my calls promptly, got an understanding beforehand of the purpose of the land survey, and gave us an estimate, which was exact amount he charged. He showed up at the property as scheduled, and got the survey completed. After he was finished, I met Greg at the property. We walked the entire portion of the yard where he marked stakes, and he showed me every stake. On the next business day, we received a written copy of the survey in the mail. This was a new process for us, and Greg was courteous and professional through the whole process. I would hire him again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Greg surveyed lot, about 1/3 acres. Greg was very personable and explained what he was going to do , and when he was finished walked me around the perimeter showing all the markers that were installed, then followed up the following week with drawings of the lot. I couldn't have asked for more.

I contacted Greg early in the week. He promised to complete the survey and deliver the paperwork to me by the following Monday. He delivered the paperwork to me as promised. The deadline was very important because the survey needed to be completed and filed prior to a closing. Update 1 week after closing: the closing has not yet been funded because the county had issues with the drawing. Mr. Koopman states they are nitpicking. The county states he should have called to understand the requirements. Either way, we have a survey that has not been accepted, so we cannot record the property transfer and close the transaction.

Greg gave me a great consultation about a border tree issue that I am involved in. He took the time to help me even though I was not going to use his service as a first resort.

Greg answered my call the same day and was familiar with the area and terrain of my house. He offered an extremely reasonable price (1/3 of what another surveyor was asking!) to survey the property of mine and my adjoining neighbor's. He gave an estimate over the phone of $400 for both yards together and promised it would be no more than a max of $500. Although he scheduled the work for 9:00 Sunday morning (because my neighbor and I are early risers), he arrived even earlier at 8:30 (which was impressive to me). Greg and his coworker surveyed the culdesac properties from the top of the street's hill, took many measurements, marked the corners of both properties, and left stakes and metal pins for the corners. Stakes with bright plastic flags marked the boundaries in the back of each property which is a very steep, thick woods covering a total of 2+ acres total. 4 1/2 hours later they finished the job, showed us drawn maps of our properties, and promised that a copy of each map would be sent to us. It was apparent that neither property had been surveyed before (resulting in more work), and this job clarified where the actual boundaries of each property were (which was very different than we had supposed). This information also gave us clarification as to the ownership of dead trees between several properties. They worked very hard and we were pleased with the results.

Greg was very professional. He told me the price upfront on the phone, and explained what he would do. He came out to do the survey very quickly. After completing the survey he walked me through the property to show where all the markers were. The drawings were sent out to me the next week. I'd highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a property survey performed.

Greg was timely in his response to my call and also showed up on time as promised. He delivered the goods and was easy to talk to and work with.

On contacting Greg, I was able to schedule the survey for the following week. He arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself, and described what he would do. He and his helper then began the process of surveying the lot. He completed the job in approximately 1 hour. He then walked me through the lot showing me the stakes he had set at the corners and along the lines. A week later, I received a drawing showing the lot lines, coordinates, and measurements. To summarize, the work was performed professionally, timely, as described, and at a very reasonable price.

Survey went very well. Greg was on time, very professional, educated us, charged quoted price, provided written report within 2 days. I would highly recommend him. The survey charge was very competitive and service excellent!

He was okay. He did a pretty good job but he did not get along with the people that we were filing for the permit. Whatever the problem was, it was between them and not between me. So we had to go to a second one. I think he was credible. He did what we asked so I have no complaints about his timing or his job. I was satisfied with his work and I would recommend him. I thought he charged me a reasonable price.

Greg is fantastic to work with. punctional, professional and very patient--took the time to answer all my questions, walked through the marker locations to ensure i had a full understanding of where my property line is.

I called Greg Koopman after seeing his ratings on Angie’s List. I got his voicemail, but he returned my call fairly quickly. I only have a 1/8th acre yard and needed to have it surveyed to establish that a neighbor’s fence was intruding onto my property. Originally he was going to charge between $250-$300 but my other neighbor’s hired him as well and he charged us $225 each to do the surveys. He was able to do the surveys within a day or two from when I called and was very punctual. He was very professional and friendly and was happy to answer the many questions we had while he was doing his work.

Mr. Koopman arrived on time and completed a survey of our property in a couple hours. He was very friendly and professional, walking us around to show us our property line and answering any questions we had. A rendering of the property was received by mail within a couple of days.

When called was able to provide the service within a week, showed up on time, answered questions and completed job, mailed survey within 4 days of service.

Great. I called, and in less than a week, Greg came out and did the work. He showed me where the lines run, put in permanent markers in the corners. Very straightforward and easy. Drawings will be sent by mail.

He arrived about a half hour early. He had done all of the necessary research to start. We compared notes and I showed him some additional information that I had. We spent several hours measuring and staking. I paid him upon completion.

Found Greg here on Angie's List...called him and he told me that it would be $300 based upon the size of my property. very responsive and punctual. Came out, surveyed the property, and answered my questions. Very nice person. He emailed me the official surveyed document for our records. Would recommend him to others.

It went very well. Mr. Koopman was so professional and cordial. He made the experience a pleasant one instead of being anxious and wondering if he would be too expensive. We had the survey done previously by the original company. They came out and seemed to have problems finding their own markings. Didn't come out anymore. Even after repeated calls they stopped answering the phone. Got Mr. Koopman's name from Angie's List and he responded within a day and took care of it for us. Great relief at having it completed and he didn't overcharge us. Would highly recommend him.

Contacted Greg, and we set up a time for him to do the survey. He showed up early and got the job done efficiently even though we had some issues with missing property markers. Greg was very easy to work with and I would definitely use him again.

The work was done in a timely fashion. The markers and paperwork were professional and gave us the confidence needed to proceed with fencing.
