Description of Work: The service providers were friendly and and professional. They removed a very heavy, cast iron wood stove from my basement. It was so heavy, it flattened the wheels on their dolly. They struggled to get it out of my house, through the yard and up on the truck. They never complained, and finished the job with a smile and a handshake.

Description of Work: It went well. I think that initially, the time window was a misunderstanding. They said they would be here between 10 and 12 pm and when I did not receive a call or saw them at 11 am, I thought they were late. I was given the assumption that the work would be finished by 12 pm. I think when they say a time, they need to explain it better. This has been probably the 3rd or 4th time they have come and I haven't been disappointed at all. I will hire them again and I have recommended them to other people.
