There work is not great. I've used them a few times and after each time I say I don't want to use them but I always end up using them. There is just not a lot of attention to detail and furniture not put back the way it was. It's just not the quality of cleaning of cleaning it should be for the price. They are very friendly and personable but they just aren't that good. It's just shotty work.

They were great. They do any extra things that I ask them to do. The only negative is that they give you a 1 hour 30 minute time frame for when they are coming. They call me the night before and alwasy respond to my calls.

I should have been there to oversee the whole thing, but I had to be at work. My daughter (17) was there and told me what went on and she told me that they hardly touched one room. My husband commented that our home didn't look much different than when he left--didn't do windows. I didn't ask them to do it, but they didn't ask me either--it was just kind of average.

It has gone really well. We have used them for several years now, and I have been very pleased with their work.

They usually did a pretty good job and were pretty quick. They had good communication skills too. They used to come out every two weeks for $90. Mine was a 1600 sq. foot house.

very unfriendly girls. They dont even speak to you when entering the house to clean. All girls but one are amish, which is fine if they just say "hello". Quality is good but they use feather dusters everywhere. When I asked them to dust with a cloth and polish, the price was increased by $45. They were in and out in 2.5 hours, 3 girls and did not move a thing to dust! They do not use antibacterial products either, even in bathrooms. My house never smelled good when I came home. If you just need a quick run through, they are fine but not for a good cleaning.

I am very satisfied with their services. We belong to the Amish community and they use the Amish way to do the cleaning. I feel comfortable having them here. I know that pieces of jewelry or a watch will not get stolen as I have a lot of faith in their honesty. They are bonded and insured. The staff is very friendly when you speak to them. I have no problems leaving my front door unlocked and letting them come in and do what they need to do. It is a locally owned and operated company. I like to do business as close to home as I possibly can. They did a thorough job. After that I started calling them for usual cleanings.

They are wonderful, they literally scrubbed my floors on their hands and knees, and they did the bathroom and scrubbed it down. They did all the deep cleaning you could have eaten off my floors. They bring all there own supplies and even there own vacuums. If there is something special I need done they will do it. I have a 3 bedroom ranch so I usually have 3 or 4 girls come and it only took 1 hour. I trust them I even leave my key for them.

They are great and are very professional. Usually a team of four or five people, they come in and get the job done quickly and professionally. I really trust them even when I am not home.

Their quality has completely gone downhill since we've been using them. I gave them some specific things to do that they didn't get done. For example, when they cleaned the kitchen floor, they didn't open a door and clean underneath it. It seems like they don't care most about the quality of the work, just the number of houses they get done. I tried calling the owner several times and haven't gotten any response. I've just been noticing little things each time they're here that they're missing. I left things like tissues behind small pieces to see if they were cleaning behind them, and they were still there when they were done cleaning.

The girls who come out every other week are great. We've been using them for nearly 6 months now and haven't had any problems. We actually prefer them over our last cleaning company, as they put things back where they belong after dusting. We also have hardwood floors throughout our entire house, and they do a wonderful job of cleaning them. We've never really found that they've missed anything and have been very pleased. I can't say that I'm overly pleased with the owner of the company though. I've left numerous messages to reschedule cleaning dates and have asked for a confirmation call back. The girls seem to get the message and show up on the correct date, but we have never gotten a call back from the office to confirm. It's only a concern to us because we have an alarm system, and we don't want them to show up on a date that we aren't expecting them and have the alarm go off. Overall, we're happy with the cleaning service that is provided.

I've left them several messages. They have not called me back. They did a great job when they cleaned and they were very polite and professional. Due to the fact they haven't returned my calls (where I left several places to reach me) I will be looking for another company. Approximate cost is for 3 hours work with 3 employees.

There are three ladies that come, they are very professional and very pleasant. It is such a pleasure having them come because I can trust them, I can leave with no problem and when I come home the house is clean and they pay great attention to detail.

The owner is professional and responsive. The cleaners did an especially good job on the first cleaning. They arrived right on time (8:00 A.M. at my request) and they cleaned the shower thoroughly (it was pretty dirty) and cleaned all floors, carpets, sofas, appliances, sink, toilet, etc. The second cleaning was also good but a couple minor items were missed (e.g. cobweb in the bedroom). They also cleaned an additional area (front steps outside the unit) which was nice. A minor complaint: I believe they may have accidentally thrown away a part of my trashcan. Overall so far I am very pleased with the service and plan to continue. The price is very reasonable.

Worked with this company for on an interim basis about a year ago and re-hired them on a permanent basis several months ago. We are extremely pleased. The team that arrives is efficient, thorough, follows instructions well, and does an excellent job. They are reliable and prompt almost to a fault! The company has earned our highest praise and we recommend them without reservation!

The staff was very courteous and polite. They showed up as promised and worked very diligently. The work was better than I expected, the best cleaning service I have used in many years.

This company has provided top notch cleaning services. Their services were given to me as a gift by my children. Shawn has been easy to contact and schedule cleaning. The team has been thorough and performed every task diligently and specifically as requested. I couldn't be happier. It is a real treat to come home to a clean house!

MY PRIOR CLEANING SERVICE WAS FINE IN ALL RESPECTS EXCEPT THAT THE WORKERS AND OWNER WERE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH. OVER TIME (WEEKLY CLEANINGS FOR A YEAR) THE LANGUAGE BARRIER BECAME FRUSTRATING. I HIRED PROF. HOUSE CLEANING SRVCS BECAUSE I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNER. AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS, I DISCONTINUED HIS SERVICE BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF CLEANLINESS VARIED WEEK TO WEEK; THE WORKERS CHANGED WEEKLY (USUALLY A TOTAL OF 4 CAME EVERY WEEK; AT MOST TWO WERE THE SAME FROM THE PRIOR WEEK). THE ARRIVAL TIMES VARIED; TRANSPORTATION WAS AN ISSUE (MOST DID NOT DRIVE); THEY OFTEN SEEMED RUSHED BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER AND LOCATION OF HOMES THEY HAD TO GO TO AFTER MINE. ALL CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY WAS INITIATED BY ME EVEN THOUGH THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD CHECK IN AFTER THE FIRST CLEANING. DESPITE MULTIPLE CALLS TO HIM ABOUT VARIOUS ISSUES (LATENESS, QUALITY) THE FOLLOW-UP WAS SLOW AS WAS THE RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. TWO YOUNG LADIES WERE SENT TO OUR HOME THAT WERE VERY POLITE, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING OUR HOME. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION IN THE APPOINTMENT MADE FOR THE CLEANING, BUT SEAN CORRECTED IT IMMEDIATELY AND WAS EXCELLENT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECTS. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB AND WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

APPEARS TO BE A GOOD COMPANY BUT NEEDS TO ADJUST ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES TO ACCOMMODATE INCREASED BUSINESS LOAD. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS CERTAINLY HIGHLY ACCEPTABLE BUT CONFUSION AS TO SCHEDULING AND POOR COMMUNICATION ARE FRUSTRATING.

THESE PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL! THE FIRST CLEANING WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. THE SECOND CLEANING, TWO WEEKS LATER, WAS EQUALLY AS GOOD. I'M SO GLAD I CONTACTED THEM!

FIRST JOB: TWO GIRLS COME OUT AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. SECOND JOB: THE THREE GIRLS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, ON TIME, VERY CLEAN
