John responded promptly to my Sunday afternoon inquiry, was able to set a Monday afternoon appointment, arrived ahead of time (called first to be sure this was OK), explained the process and confirmed the price, shut the back door to keep the noise outside, and began the work. Partway through the job, he confirmed that our duct contained a large bird's nest, recommended installing a guard (cage) over the duct outlet, and quoted a very reasonable price for doing this. He completed the job (took about an hour and a quarter, maybe hour and a half) and corrected the bill to show the bird guard. He also suggested that if our condo association was interested in arranging this maintenance for several units, he could offer a reduced price (less travel time, etc.). **I would hire John again in a HEARTBEAT!**

Very detailed. Spent the time to go through the whole situation as to what the air duct cleaning would entail as well as why the gas powered vacuum is better than the competitors. He spent about 5 hours at my home and was ablet o hit other areas that previous cleaners neglected. John was on-time and very much a professional.
